Is there any medicinal value in berries once they are dry?
Or you can sit the boxes under the tree and wait. They fall on the ground eventually.
hello what a beautiful person you are.... I recently came across several Vitex Trees that have grown wild on a friends property (they knew nothing about the amazing benefits)... it is now January and the tree still has all the dried berries on it... can I still make use of them by picking and making a tincture?
How awesome!
I ate one that had turned brown and it was weird and bitter. Can you eat the fresh greenies?
I have bought these berries and not sure how to take them for hormone balancing pls help.
Can i get vitex berries i took from the tree as they are ?
How many balls a day ?
Is tea or tincture better, do you think? I want to grow a vitex...and make tea! Thank u for this video
I like the tincture better as the tea can be bitter. LMK if you want some!!! EZ www.ezherbs.net
