Thank you for talking about calling bigger companies. I did this 2 years ago and the best thing I ever did! I sent them a $25 gift card for each referral that led to service. That is the best advertising dollars I ever spent.
Great great. I got my personal 2 comma net worth. From doing what johnny mow suggest with my company. Take notes young business owners what a blessing youtube is for the new guys.
good stuff right there...i spent $600 lettering my truck and decaling, got money back in from that in 3 mo , great investment, i did do door hangers, designed my own, used copy paper, ran them off my copy machine, got half my customers from them first year, did door hangers 2 years, dont need to do them any more...cost was very minimal. Door hangers work for guys just starting out.
Off to a good start Johnny! Started the spring season last Monday and we are 65% up from last year, YTD. Maintaining that growth % puts us short by 20k to being a 2 comma business for the year. :-(
Fantastic video as always Johnny, love to see the enthusiasm. Would you consider making a quick video talking about deck sizes? Pros, cons, what has worked best for you over the years, what properties are better for what sized decks, etc etc. Thanks man
Each area is different, you're right. Some good tips with trying to network with other companies. I am just finishing an eddm campaign for this spring and I am closing around 36% of the leads that are coming in. So for me personally this eddm campaign has been good ROI. But what works for me here might not work for others in their area. Be careful who you take advice from, LOL.
Yo Johnny awesome video!! I just got a new echo 9010.Does yours seem to take a while too warm up and run right compared too the redmax? Once its warm it pisses all over the competition!! Preach it brother!!!!Defund the left!!!
@@JohnnyMow yeah dude so snappy..only thing I don't like is the stiff tube so far. Well thanks for the reply I thought there was something wrong with mine.
Only 3% will become a million dollars companies, but the 97% who ASPIRED to make a million but failed, probably went a lot further than had they not had a million dollar goal. How many made 800k? 500k? 600k? 997k? 999.99k? “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.”

When you say 40 people to make about 6 figures... revenue or net? For a solo guy, what kind of revenue/net ratio is good?
That’s gross
Wow. Those must be some great accounts! So what kind of revenue does it take to gross that much?
