I think those commenting on what to pack for baby and Sylvia have this idea that African Hospitals are, "inadequate"...I gave birth to my 1st born 27 years ago in a hospital in Kenya, they had sanitary pads, they organized my Sitz bath every morning, baby was very well taken care of I felt like I was in a luxary hotel
I had both my children over 40 years in Nairobi hospital and yes all those years ago my experience was excellent
They have good dr as well,Africa and China are good in providing health care,not everywhere,but they are advanced in some things
I wasn’t one of those who commented, but I’m glad that in your days, the hospital supplied sanitary pads. I live in Canada, and here they supply NOTHING!!!! You have to bring absolutely everything for you and the baby.😢

Sylvia make sure you get some pads for overnight cuz you going to have bleeding after the baby then your regular period will come on so make sure you get enough sanitary napkins if you know what I mean and if they sell padding to go on your bed in the stores to get some pads they call Chuck's or padding for the bed so you don't bleed through the head sometimes you will and wear panty briefs after you have the baby that will help the pats and you must wear socks that you have the baby and keep your head covered cuz your molar will be open you must stay covered up for the first month you can go outside so try to get everything you need what Corey's with you I can't wait to see the baby when it comes to be beautiful just like you too
