As always the power of the WAAAAGHH!! becomes that which the orks or orruks believe in most, releasing Gorkamorka and the beasts back to a spiritual state allows them to tap into the power those spirits had in life. as for the talking teeth i'm fairly certain its another way for Gorkamorka to speak to his more attuned followers, similar to the bad moon for gloomspites.

Does it work like in 40k, where if a whole tribe of Orks *Believe* something than that thing becomes true, like red cars go faster as a classic example. If so, then eating and tatooing the beasts def brings the beast's power into the tribe
