Fantastic!
Glad you like it!
I am building an indoor grow room in a 6 foot long by 5 foot wide by 7.5 ft high basement space that has bare concrete floor and walls. I have the cleaner/etcher ready with the Drylok Floor and Wall clear product and planned to seal all of the concrete with that first, but I also then want to use foam board insulation on both the walls and floor to make it warmer in the winter in the cool basement. I am struggling with the best way to do this because I want insulation on the floor but also I will have pepper plants water runoff and soil, etc getting on the floor so it has to be sealed off and easy to clean. How do I layer up from bare concrete to a perfectly sealed and insulated floor for a grow room in your opinion?
Do you have to grind the cement board?
would this work for a pine board floor?
How much per sq/ft?
Is a notched squeegee the same thing as a gauged rake?
The idea is same...however the thickness of each is different
Please explain, why the sand? thanks
so that the deflection in the sub-floor does not get transferred to the top.
This is Part ll (2)
