I'm what you could call a baby trans, i recently have started learning about it and realizing who I was. And when I heard you talking it made me feel better because I've never felt to comfortable in my body, I started watching FTM TikToks and started realizing 'hey, i could do that and look like that?' i looked up more stuff and bam, bad dysphoria. It's nice to know i wasn't really the only who ended up finding out like that and then experiencing it bad. Sorry if this sounds kind of confusing I'm not that good at putting my feelings into words

First of all I really liked your video. I myself am a cis girl but I am trying to educate myself about gender dysphoria and how it must feel because my boyfriend is trans. I am sorry that so many people are still so disrespectful and transphobic and that y’all have to go through this. I just wanted to say you’re a strong man and I appreciate that you posted this video.
I also have a question (you don’t need to answer, that’s totally fine) like I said my boyfriend is trans and he’s having gender dysphoria and I just would like to know how I could comfort him or what I could say to make him maybe feel a bit better even if it’s just for a few moments. So what is something that you appreciate when you talk to people, what kinds of stuff do make you get to feel maybe just a bit more happy. I am sorry if that question is inappropriate, I just thought that I could ask
anyways I wish you all the best and much love goes out to you c:
(ahh and sorry for my english it’s not my mother tongue)

I like that you're very considerate to your partner. I want to answer this question for partners because that is a totally different relationship compared to family, friends, strangers, etc. I don't want to tell you what I like to hear specifically because your boyfriend might be totally different but some good general advice would be to ask him and see what he is comfortable with. Some guys need more/less than others. If you asked him and tend to his needs/wants and he is still unhappy it either means 1. he doesn't know himself well enough yet or 2. he lied about what would make him feel better (for whatever reason) both of those are much bigger issues. When it comes to family/acquaintances/friends I really don't care lol. Because if I don't like how you treat me/your character I just won't subject myself to it. But like I said those are very different from partner relationships, hope this helps.

I deal with my gender dysphoria by cutting myself, alcohol, suicide ideation, and apathy. But recently I have been trying to do less harmful stuff like singing to myself and watching funny videos. But it doesn’t help too much....only distracts. Video games used to help but not as much anymore. It’s worsened after I lost a loved one last year.

Love it! Working out really helps me and I've started talking about being a young trans athlete on my channel. Having dysphoria is definitely a struggle but knowing it's temporary is so helpful.

@@crowmagpie I am a teenager doing my thing and most definitely haven't been breaking any records lol. I am not a spokesperson for the entire trans community and there are people who are much more educated and well spoken than me who are having these conversations. I'm not sure what you expect to get out of asking me in particular or what you hope to gain.
If you genuinely are interested in the subject though, I think this video explains the science of trans athletes rather well in an unbiased way, so feel free to check it out! czcams.com/video/02FCYz8bOo8/video.html

That is clear. Why to be sad if I exactly know that my appereance, voice an etc. will change. No one talks about sex, the most gender dysphoria comes from it for me. Even those bottom surgeries are not satisfactory enough. I don't know, man. I wish someone gave me some tips, real advice on sex as a FTM

I wish i had the answers for you but it’s gonna be your choice. Every transman is different. Some are completely satisfied where they are. It’s up to you but at the end of the day you’ll have to accept the situation you’re in no matter what surgery you choose to get or not get unfortunately. But be optimistic you are living a very unique experience that can teach others the importance of diversity, happiness, and gratitude for life.
