My take on the cheating thing:
Personally I think there is something similar to a bell curve when it comes to natural gaming/aiming/mechanical ability. A strong majority is around the middle. Few people are just naturally horrible due to thing like reaction time, maybe some disabilities etc. And some have the exact opposite of those things with insane reaction time etc. Peter could very well be in the top .001% of the bell curve and we just never saw someone of that caliber. He could very well just basically be a freak of nature when it comes to gaming abilities (and maybe more things too, but for now we only saw him play games)
I had a friend who played games with me and my friends. When fortnite started, we pretty much only played together as a squad, so we all had similar amount of practice and the kid was MILES ahead of us in aiming and building. This was before creative or even playground became a thing. He was just naturally that fckn good. God knows how good the kid could be nowadays if he came back to the game
