Vitamins can also be used in healing your low health in dark rooms, or neither rooms with eyes, The lighter is only limited, as it only have limited fuel, meaning if you waste it, you may need to exchange your lighter if your lucky.
Some items I want to add:
Night vision goggles:
Night Vision Goggles Help in dark rooms, as it can be used like a normal night vision goggle, however, don’t be so greedy! if you waste it, you may need to find batteries!
Invisibility Potions:
Invisibility Potions Help With Figure’s Room, as it makes figure ignore you even if your close to him for 15 seconds, but you can finish it easily, so you may use it wisely, or else…

Vitamins can be used anywhere if you want, but most people use it during seeks chase. Invisiblity potions won't help against figure as he is already blind and senses ur heartbeat

You forgot where if the flashlight battery ran out, it won't disappear or trashed.
New items:
Esqueleton key:this key can be used to Open a room in the door 65 and to unlock a secret ending,once the door in door 65 is opened players can use a plant that regenerates ur health constantly,this plant is called the herb of viridis (thats the name of the badge so it gotta be the name of the plant) and Will be able to find alot of gold in the room
Night vision tablet:this tablet is found at the end of the Rooms at A-1000,it can be used to see at dark rooms and find objects faster in the rooms 50 and 100,it is highly recommended to put the item in the rift once You reach door 100 so You can save it for later runs
Gummy flashlight:this flashlight is found in the Rooms at the Very start,it costs 10 coins and it illuminates less than a normal flashlight
This flashlight can be recharged by clicking but it is recommended to bring a normal flashlight to the rooms since there is alot of batteries around there

Actually you can still get batteries even without a flashlight I got a battery before in multiplayer or idk if another person had a flashlight but just full battery
Crucifix: The Crucifix, its used to trap entities by chaining them and pulling them down to hell.
Banishable Entities: Rush Ambush Dupe Screech Halt and Eyes.
Stunnable Entities: Seek and Figure.
The Skeleton Key: It Is Used To Open Locked Doors And Chests. Opens Every Door And Used To Have 5 Uses, Now A Single Use.
The Candle: Will Go Out If An Entity Is Here.
The handle on the doors are the one you pull down to open, meaning you should be able to slide off of the lock

Crucifix: the crucifix or Cross is a deleted item that may be coming up in the next update. the crucifix can trap entities for a certain time. Keep in mind It will not work with some entities such as figure, seek, Timothy, window, shadow and Jack.
Skull Key: the skull Key is a deleted item that may be coming up on the next update. This Key could open 5 Doors in a row without breaking, now It Will be able to open only rooms with a skeleton skull.

Fun fact: If you want op items, you should always be max HP. If you are not, you'll lose luck to get op items. 1 HP = very very low chances to get op items
