"a little bit" is actually a few months apart, maybe even half a year apart
I'm pretty sure she's saying "猫又ころさんドキ唯一のドキの猫又おかゆ" which might translate to something like "The only one who makes Nekomata Koro-san's heart throb, Nekomata Okayu." This might also be why she calls Korone "Nekomata Korone" and not "Inugami Korone," as if they got married already and Korone took Okayu's surname. Like, a teasing "why don't you recognize your one and only husband?"
I am not good at Japanese, but this seems to make more sense to me.
Edit: Emad31 has the correct answer below! "Douki" (Colleague) was picked correctly, but the interpretation of how "yoitsu" (Only) was used in the video was not. I'm keeping my original comment intact so the rest of the conversation makes sense.

@@alzef1375 I think it's because even if their sense of smell is really sensitive, the sight leaves more of an impact from a psychological point of view.
Hence why if you get home while having a weird smell your dog will recognize you anyways, and will probably start smelling you thoroughly.
On the other hand, if you get home looking different but smelling the same as always you won't get recognized because it is more shocking for the dog if you have a different face than a different smell, if that makes sense.
@@Kozmic_CL Basically the dog isn't dumb, while also kinda being dumb in a childish way. It understands that you might pick up scents as you go about your day. But it doesn't understand how you could fundamentally change your physical appearance. That throws them for a loop.
It could also be that they're overthinking it and think an intruder is trying to trick them by using a familiar scent.
