Hi Sambhavna, I started watching your blog, I thought you were hosting a cooking show. I don’t know much about Indian tv industry, I have been living in USA for 40 years. Anyway I started watching your blogs also because of your genuine love for your dogs. I’m a registered nurse for 30 years so if you don’t mind I have couple of healthy suggestions for you. You use too much Coffee Mate, it’s not good for you. Secondly if you have problem sleeping you definitely need to cut down on coffee especially in the evening. You should not drink coffee after 5 pm. God bless you.
