NEIGHBORS take NOTICE as we RESCUE this old BOAT shop from MOTHER NATURE!

- We were told by neighbors that this building used to be a boat shop but after the business moved, nature began to consume this property. It actually sits right next to house we did last week and so we wanted to clear this thing out and reveal it once again. After we started working on this property we had multiple neighbors stop by and take notice, letting us know that it hasn’t been cleared in years so they were excited to see some kind of movement and then they were shocked we were doing all of this with our toro mowers but hey they get the job done! Today me and my son Ty will be tag teaming the large field in front, we will then clear around a small building to the right working our way to the main building which is covered in ivy, including some poison ivy we will have to be careful of. Stay around for that, I think that’s the most satisfying part. There is a portion in the back and right we will not be able to get to because of some yellow jackets nest but I think you are really going to enjoy this one. Thanks for hanging out with us!

I admire your attention to the property’s existing shrubbery. No matter how difficult the job, you always take time to prune all healthy plants, trees or shrubs with care. To me, this shows a respectful homage to, possibly, the way the home, property or business may have been in the past…when it was thriving. Hopefully, some of these properties will experience a Renewal…if it is His Will. Keep setting a Godly example for your sons.

I saw your live feed yesterday with your 3 of your 4 boys and you wife. I love your testimony and the love of the Lord. I tuight vocational/industrial ed for 30 years. The last 15 years I was teaching students how to build houses in Forest Grove, OR. The program will be 50 years old in 2024. My 2 sons have 9 years of college between them and the have been building custom home in the Portland area for over 20 years. Your sons have a great example and a good head start and they how how to work. I started taking care of my parent's homes landscaping when I was 10. I never had a power mower until was about 35. I'm 76 now and I still love to clean up landscapes. Keep up the great work young man.
Your falling in a hole was the dig of the day, it's always funny when something happens just as long as you don't get hurt. You found a small turtle and seen a black snake, and didn't get stung by the bees, that's great!! Having fun and getting the work done is great for you and your sons! This old work space took on a new look!

Excellent job by the Blessing Boys on that abandoned boat shop, and thank God for no more encounters with hornets. The building looked a lot better, and it looked like the shop was closed for the weekend. Justin’s three sons are hard workers and very much into teamwork. I especially liked how Justin and his son Ty were double-teaming that lawn of epic proportions on the riding mowers. Good bless the Blessing Boys.

We have found where we live in Utah, that putting dryer softener sheet in your pocket or hat brim, or both, repel wasps and bees. They don't like the smell.

Now that the vines are no longer holding up the smaller building, a good storm should take it right down. No yellow jacket stings!! Yeah!!
I grew up in a family where, at the age of 6, we could cook rice, wash dishes, and clothes. Over time, I've noticed that nowadays kids are often glued to their phones, even resisting simple chores like making their beds. However, seeing your boys, oh wow, makes me realize that there are still new generations capable of doing such work with a happy face, appreciating even a small reward like candy. Good job! Your kids will be genuinely thankful later in life, as you're teaching them valuable lessons they'll apply throughout their lives.
Each state needs to start fining people for letting their properties go into disrepair, most of them have laws but don't enforce it. This will motivate to sell to someone who will keep up the maintenance. It's great these guys step up and clean it up but there comes a point where the owners need to be liable. You look like two go-cart drivers having fun!!! When my son was 12 he was mowing lawns for 10 dollars, and babysitting, and delivering newspapers in the snow!! This is absolutely what parents need to teach their children at young ages. Good Job!!! So you could probably buy this building for cheap and make it into a base of operations....expand with other fathers and their boys!!! or girls! Or maybe turn it into a handwash car wash place!

TECNU works really well on cleaning off poison oak/poison ivy from your skin! I'm allergic to the vines, too. Have to get everything from
the MD when I've gotten it but the TECNU is a God-send! Other than that, what a wonderful job you are doing here!!!!!!! You truly are a blessing to others!

That made a huge change ,,,great job ,,,between the bees & a big hole this job was trying to beat you up ,,be careful out there,,,glad the snake was just a black snake & yes they can really move fast we have a huge one that lives in the sheds during winter,,,it's scared me plenty of time in the past in there & it loves my garden but the field mice are rarely seen now & the mole population has become bit smaller have a blessed day ❤😊
