Great feature card and commentary! Love seeing Rebecca in the booth! JoMez always does a great job, keep up the good work y'all! Not sure if anyone will see this or not, but I just noticed that the description of this video is incorrect. It looks like it's a description of coverage from Jonesboro this year rather than the Portland Open. Thanks @JomezPro for everything you all do for the disc golf community!
I still get the chills when I see hole 17 after KJUSA's tripple a few years back. Different tournament. Different conditions, but still...

Agree, I like that this is a marathon. Wild stroke separation on the first day of a four round event would make it far less exciting in the final stretch if you ask me

Thanks for switching the leaderboards back. I get the other perspective but I can't wait to see another tight finish with multiple possible winners. Just makes those GkPro chase card cut ins so exciting.
Great coverage and great commentary per usual!
On the MPO coverage they said they're switching back to live scoring after round 1. I assume they'd do the same for FPO. This would be my preferred way moving forward as well - through that hole scoring for round 1 and then live scoring for round 2 and after since players will be strategizing (when to be aggressive or lay up, etc.) using that info.

I donât like the new frame rate/shutter speed combo this was filmed in. Seems like they used faster shutter speed making the motion less smooth.

It seems to me that the ginormous trees are throwing their depth perception off a bit. Everything seems to be scaled wrong. They may want to use the range finder more, especially on the approach shots. I miss the Catrina vs Paige battles. Having Sai, Hanna and Kat coming up will make watching more fun. I would not mind if Kristin sat out more of the season, but I don't blame her for cashing in as long as she can. Rebeccah makes an awesome commentator. What a smooth, buttery voice.

Gotta say it again. It feels like moving backwards to this time of scores. It's not how the players see the course and scores. The other one was more true to that. I wish they'd have kept it, but sadly people made enough noise.

Why proclaim one's love for a roller shot when it was a non sensical shot choice and furthermore, poorly executed?
This is dry. Erica constantly reigning Madison in is so fun. This is boring. The two hot geese have the juice.
All the disc golf nerds who donât watch real sports ruined the leader board.
This is way better than the "live" scoring updates. It's not live. Let's not pretend it is. I watch chase card coverage back and forth with lead card and with the equal hole updates I don't have to get those scores spoiled constantly. Great change. Way to listen to the huge majority of viewers.
@David Hukari, this comment is utter nonsense.
First of all, *especially* in the first round, but at all times, knowing who's "in the lead" is way less important than knowing where the players you're watching are compared with the field through the same number of holes.
Second of all, even if it weren't a huge spoiler, knowing who's in the lead is not relevant to the viewer.
It makes *so much* more sense to only know the scores of the players relative to how the rest of the field has done through the same amount of holes. It's a significantly better indication of how they need to perform for the rest of the round/event.
