I'm making a halo helmet and I want to tint the visor blue or silver but I want it to be a 2 way mirror is there a way I can do that with this or no? Because I've seen the blues and silvers and they are all transparent and only some of the blacks I've seen stop you from seeing inside
Headlights and street lights should be a bright yellow in northern states. This would make for better driving in snowfall. Belgium uses a very bright yellow lights for there roadways (attracts ufo's I guess) been there it's like driving during the day. Southern France used to have yellow headlights probably due to foggy areas.

You can tape around but better to remove headlight then spray it. Clean it very well and spray 2 or 3 lights coats (depending how dark you want it) . Don't spray too much at a time to prevent runs.

I took the tint off, i parked my car outside on a sun, about for an hour the tint actually deformed and got messed up on the edge, idk it was about 40 degress like outside +sun
The problem with this is. When you don't like it anymore and remove the tint from the headlights, You will notice that your headlight's plastic lenses when have micro cracks. it could be because of the heat being trap by the tint.

your headlights are fine after tinting, its translucent vinyl meaning the light is able to pass through. I have HID headlights standard on my car and ppl actually complain that my headlights are too bright currently
illegal due to reducing light output. Best thing to do if one wants darker head lights is to convert them into black housing headlights. Sure it takes a little longer but it beats getting pulled over some $29.99 piece of vinyl.
I believe it has to put out atleast 50% of the original headlight visibility but I'm sure it varies by state. I'd switch to LED lights if you're going to tint Headlights.

Depends on state, usually as long as it can cast a beam as far as the minimum and the turn signals still function as intended, it's perfectly legal
