We have the uppababy minu. Unfortunately they didn't have this when we got it. We did buy the colugo carrier and love it!
We were between those two since we also have the UppaBaby Vista and love their products. But with the price point of the #Colugo being so much less, while not sacrificing quality we had to give it a go!
I love the stroller and features but it really seems like the seat depth is not enough. My daughter always seems uncomfortable and looks like she is sliding down. Did you have any issues with the seat shape/angle?
It took some adjustment using the recline and adjusting the harness and foot rest angle to get it right. But we did find the right setup where our son looked comfortable and upright.
How does this stroller do on different terrains like a sidewalk ?
So we’ve had it in a bunch of scenarios: parks, pavement, malls, sidewalks, etc. It has handled everything pretty well. The only issue I’ve found is that over rougher terrain (think gravel, broken sidewalks/pavement, or cobblestone) the smaller, travel friendly wheels can get caught up. This stroller doesn’t have a front wheel locking feature like our UppaBaby Vista, but those compromises are what makes it so lightweight and travel ready.
What about sand? I’d love to use this at our favorite beach bar but don’t want to destroy the gears
I mean there’s not really much gearing to destroy, but it would be very difficult IMO. Larger strollers that have wheels that you can lock so they don’t turn are more suited for rough/soft terrain. Since these wheels don’t lock, they’d likely get stuck pretty frequently.
Question, I’m in California and I ordered mine 2 weeks ago and it has yet to ship, how long did it take for you to get yours? Wondering if I should cancel and re order
I’m not sure honestly. I would reach out to their customer service team (they were super responsive). I know that there have been some supply and shipping issues, as with most consumer goods. They can at least research and address it for you. Good luck!
@@Mr_Mackenzie thank you, I emailed them so I guess I’ll just wait a little longer. I figured the hurricane could have stalled shipping but was not sure if they took long to ship out anywha
I feel like we received ours in separate shipments because of back order and supply issues. But usually their shipping is pretty prompt.
@@Mr_Mackenzie thank you 😊
Does the seat recline ?
Yes it does. You unhook two loops at the back and then release the strap that hangs off the back and the seat lays back almost flat. There’s also a flap extension on the back that then covers the open space when it’s laid down so that your little one can stay shaded and cool.
