Whole Red Chillies - 1

Mustard Oil - 1/2 Cup
Bayleaf - 4
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Degi Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Tomato Puree of 2 Large Tomatoes
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - a few
Hot Water - as required
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Silvatta Garam masala - 1 tsp
