You absolutely could do three 40 minute videos of a complete costume as you design, craft and assemble it. If you haven't followed some of the historical costumers (Abby Cox, Bernadette Banner, Cathy Hays et al) you will see a costume come together over several videos. I respect the dedication you show in finding amazingly creative ways to imagine assembling all the components.
Don't sell your reveal photos/video short. Spend a bit more time letting the camera see how you wear it and how the different pieces layer.

I'm currently making this dress too. It's very interesting to see how you approached it and what materials you used. Those brooches really turned out great and the dress overall is amazing. I want to wear mine to events so I did not want it to be that deeply cut out.

Meanwhile Maggys doing a whole ass dress, just from the piece of cloth, which basically wasn't even in right color xD
