- I bought a Kayak this week for exploring new areas when I'm off on my adventures. Today this video is a little test run and sort of First Time Review testing it out and vloging her maiden voyage.

Just got me one of these and have it in the back of the car waiting for the perfect day and lake. Hope my inaugural journey is as good as yours. Totally new at this too but looks like a blast.
It's great fun and easy to do, even if you're a beginner like me.

Great bit of kit that. Folds away pretty small which is ideal to go in the van. Very impressed with how solid it looks
It's a perfect accessory for the camper van Nath. Might do another review on it after a year's use.

If you start to enjoy kayaking, take a look at inflatable kayaks with drop stitch technology (either the drop stitch floor or the whole boat) when this kayak wears out. They are much more durable, faster, and paddle like a hard shell. They will make paddling a lot more fun.
I've been out a few times now and its great fun, so I'll definitely look into that. At some point i will want to upgrade. Do you know what company's to search for? (Makes or Models)

@@CoopzOutdoors The Advanced Elements Airvolution and Sea Eagle Razorlite are two nice 100% drop stitch boats, the first being a little more recreational and the later more performance oriented. You will see lower cost clones of these out there that are probably made in the same factory in China. Sea Eagle, Decathlon and Aquaglide make balloon style kayaks like the Intex but with drop stitch floors which are supposed to be nice and better performing. If you want the best value, take a look at the Goplus kayak. It’s based on an inflatable paddle boat design but has a sunk cockpit, kayak seat, adjustable foot rest, and lots of tie down points for 340 USD. I upgraded to that last year and it’s a great boat for the money.

I need a bag like yours to carry my K2.
The original bag given is like duffel bag.
And it's too huge and can't hang around my shoulders
My friend has said the same. He has had his for a few years now and has the old original bag. I'm not sure if you can order the newer bag separately on there website? Parts are available so maybe the latest bag too? Not sure shout that?

I've not used it through the winter mate, hoping to get out on it soon though and got good use out if it last summer with no issues. I can honestly say definitely worth the money to get you out on the water. I can't wait for the UK weather to warm up a bit more. Maybe do a years review vid on it?

@@CoopzOutdoors I bought mine a few months ago and only used it twice. We're just now crawling out of our winter but here in Houston that means plenty of rain. Look forward to your years review.

Is it made of plastic or is the material canvas?
The boat skin consists of a polyester fabric coated on both sides with PVC. In case of damage, the boat skin can be mended with the enclosed repair kit. 👍
Great little video. Inflatable kayaks are so good. I have two, and paddle a lot round Mudeford Quay etc.
