People need to stop saying things like " you look beautiful without makeup" / "you don't need makeup". It's not a compliment. When you say that you're implying that only people who aren't considered beautiful by the societal standards are the people that "need" makeup.
It's a compliment only at the cost of putting other people down.
Just how clothes are a form of expression, makeup too is a form of expression.
She could have worn any clothes for her job but she has been prescribed a certain uniform that expresses her job profile. Her makeup, while also being part of the attire of an airhostess, is also her way of expressing her inner beauty.

"social standards of beauty" is what keeping the beauty product companies alive. Do you know how much is spent on beauty products in a single day worldwide? And it's the "social standard of beauty" because of which these pretty ladies have to put up heavy makeup and it's a part of their attire! Saying it's a way to express might not be correct!

I was in a beautiful relationship with a wonderful woman who was a cabin crew for Indigo. Things didn't workout (fuck you patriarchy and the pressure of parents and their choices on young women)
Two years and a handful of therapists later, I'm still broken badly at having lost her and I wonder if I'll ever get over her. I wonder if I ever stop missing her, and what I was with her.
Watching you in the uniform gave me major nostalgia. It's a very hard profession and my massive respect to all of the airline crew.
I used to wait for hours outside the airport to surprise her after her duty. Hope she finds happiness wherever she is.

It's great that you can spare time for all this and I truly appreciate the efforts you put in. It's just a lot a makeup for me...like hell lot of coverage which is not required when one don't have any skin issues as such! That's just my take on it. I like the Minimalist approach which isn't cakey. Most of the products are needed for that healthy glow look but in this video some of them could be easily skipped
