- Burger King is being sued in a class action lawsuit that claims they are guilty of false advertising. The lawsuit claims they have been misrepresenting the size of the Whopper sandwich, making it appear to be 35% bigger than it actually is. Unreal.

But the manager was going to give him a few of them for free...so the $50 would've easily covered it. Plus that manager broke company policy by accepting the money from Skippy.

I wonder how Ed would react if the guy actually said "OK" and gave him the 10 free Whoppers? I once complained to a BK that I got the wrong flavor shake in a drive through, and they told me to come back tomorrow for a replacement. When I got there the lady gave me the correct shake and then said "Is there anything else you want? I can give you a couple of burgers if you want." I was surprised but also realized that fast food employees don't really care about giving away free stuff...it's no sweat off their backs...in fact I think they are instructed to try to be "generous" when a customer gets the wrong food due to employee error.
Agree , one time I asked for no mayo on my whopper and I went back and i just wanted it replaced and they gave me 2 whoppers and 2 fries. I was shocked and I told them they didn’t have too but they insisted
