- What my 10 Month Old Abby Eats in a Day.
1)Heathy breakfast Porridge
1.5 cup Makhana (toasted)
Handful almonds (toasted)
Handful Cashews (toasted)
3 tbsp flaxseed powdered
1.5 cup Oats (toasted)
-Blend above ingredients to a fine paste
Method
-Add to the cooking pot 2 tbsp oats mixture add very little water & mix (1 cup of water)
-Turn on the flame bring the mixture to a boil keep stirring for 5-6 minutes or until thickened
-Remove from the heat let it stand for 2 more add organic ghee mix well (if it is too thick add very little hot water & bring to right consistency )
-Serve warm.

As her molars have not yet erupted can we feed things like roti?? Like how would she chew?? I’m gonna start solids for my baby soon so it’ll be helpful to know.
Yes you can give Soft roti ( roti that made with veg puree) dip in plain dal cooked in turmeric, cumin).
First they will refuse to eat but don’t stop, try next day (don’t force baby to eat).

Did she started walking?
Did she eat her whole meal I mean didn't she gets cranky while eating food? (Due to teething)

3)No! We give her dal, boiled chicken, boiled prawns started give small pieces
-We give roties & pancakes with carrot, spinach, pumpkin, sometimes rice ghee dal.
No sugar, No salt.

Add less Raggi (1 tabs) more vegetable purée (cook veggies carrot, pumpkin with 6 white raisins) then make thick purée and mix with raggi.

She’s always surrounded with books and educational toys.
We keep showing her the pictures (like banana, apple, carrot) keep repeating this is banana, this is apple, this is carrot for 2-3 days… and she’s very smart.
