Could you provide some examples of famous hostile acquisitions? I know a couple but it'd be great to know more. Awesome vid!
im a year late but look at the 80s and 90s america. it was crazy. one of the most famous hostile takeover artists, corporate raiders, is Carl Icahn. now like carl, the whole hostile takeover industry transitioned to "activist investment", which is building a decent stake at a public company than trying to force them to change their business practices, fire managers etc.
