when me and my dad were at the movie theaters he had downloaded it because i loved pikmin (i was 5 ) when i got homeit was there so i thought santa got it for me it was summer so no i dont rember buying it lol
If the end was just like, a single frame shot of Louie in a dark corner, absolutely chowing down on a Pikmin, this would be the absolute best piece of Pikmin media in existence.

Aside from Olimar's creepy smile making him look like he has a sever case of gingivitis at 1:04, I really appreciate how Nintendo gave enough detail to make his character model stand out. You can see the translucency on Olimar's skin, see his skin pores and general bump mapping of it and the material of his suit being a mix between rubber and leather.

If you want to know about olimar here it is, olimar is a space traveler family guy, he has to kids a wife and a pet, they both love each other but olimar has to work at his job going to space to deliver stuff, for pikmin 1 lore he was getting home after a cruise when a medeor crashed into him making 30 ship parts fly off the ship, unfortunately the planet he’s on has oxygen witch is toxic to his hocotation kind, he only has 30 days of breathable air to get them all back, then he finds the pikmin, save them from extinction while using them to help get ship parts and go home, the good ending you get evrey part and wave goodbye to the pikmin, after olimar leaves in the good ending the pikmin have learn to hunt and kill those who once hunted them
It's explained in Pikmin 1 that he named the Pikmin after his favorite brand of carrots, which are called PikPik Carrots. The joke is that they freaked out cause they thought he was eating the Pikmin, which actually isn't true. Olimar really loves the Pikmin and he's somewhat of a biologist too.

Me too, it shows the reality of Pikmin. The main characters are either evil or ignorant. Their own planet is messed up because they messed it up. Now they send people to other planets to enslave the natives, kill whatever wildlife they can and steal all the resources. Pure greed or ignorance. It's how the real world works.
