The new FOIL bar and lines is a hydrofoil specific bar that is paired nicely with the XLITE kites or any of the Core line up if you're looking for light weight and compact feel. We really liked the bar on the water with the XLITE and would recommend it as a package. We have these in stock as well as all Core bars and kites. Yes, any Core bar will work on any Core kite. The foil bars are sometimes used for the wake style stuff if riders are looking for a shorter bar on the line setup.
