Correct 428 Drivetrain | Factory Q Code | 4 Speed Manual | Complete Restoration
This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 was initially delivered to Ridgehill Ford in Ontario, Canada. A refurbishment that was completed in 2013 which involved rebuilding the 428ci Cobra Jet V8, overhauling the four-speed manual transmission, refinishing the car in maroon, and refreshing the black interior.
The cabin houses high-back bucket seats and a fold-down rear bench upholstered in black vinyl. Interior appointments include a push-button AM radio, a floor-mounted center console, and a heater. The woodgrain steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and a fuel-level gauge.
The car is equipped with front and rear spoilers, 14″ styled steel wheels, a black hood, rear window louvers, bright trim, an AM radio, a fold-down rear seat, and a heater. This Mach 1 is offered with service records, refurbishment photos, a Deluxe Marti Report, and clean Michigan title!

1969 Best looking car ever
What a clean example! Gorgeous color combination on this 428 Mach 1!
Luv it I had this car in high school
I was the coolest girl at school all the guys wanted that car always wanted to race. I Said my 351 would leave most cars in the dust.
The car is not listed on the website, I'm not surprised if it has been sold already.
Mine was black jade with 302 but a very familiar car. Absolutely loved that car. Almost cost me a divorce when I sold it. Had to buy a 70 Torino 429 to patch things up.
Hermoso Auto 😍 lo venden 😍 ahun estará disponible 😍? Les mando un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo desde Puebla 😀 México 😀 🤗 👍 👌 😍 👋.
Beautiful Ford.
I have a beautiful 69 Mach 1 myself and a few other different whips, the 69 Mach 1 is my absolute favorite !
Talk about memories that is the exact car I owned in high school loved that car mine was a dark blue
Not exactly
Decent, however - the ONLY '69 stang with a rear spoiler was the Boss 302. A few dealerships retrofitted them as an option but in very limited numbers since FoMoCo themselves were having supply issues. This one appears to be somekind of JC Whitney 'special' as indicated by the goofy studs. OEM spoilers had a spacer between the stanchion and gasket, and a 7/16-20 bolt. Stangs and Cougar (eliminator) spoilers were similar aside from stanchion spacing 31 vs 36 inches.
Beautiful car for sure. Wish it had the Coyote and a modern trans.
"We're going 40 @ 2000rpm" and that's why they didn't last long. Before 55mph laws came in to effect in late '70s everyone drove 70-80 on the hwy's much like now. Those cars screamed for hours.
@@lesliehorwinkle my 69 fastback (not Boss) 302 had a 3-speed manual. That stang could easily hit 90mph in second gear and top gear would yield 21mpg of fuel economy while still being peppy. Just a joy to drive.
VERY DESIRABLE SWEET CLEAN AS A WISHILE JUST A BEAUTY 69 FASTBACK MACH ONE MUSTANG 🐎😮 GIDDIE UP PONY
