- This video is based on this amazing tutorial by the people at JetBrains about building a full stack web app with Kotlin and React: kotlinlang.org/docs/multiplat...
Part 2 will add the ability to delete items and enter new ones, also we'll use an actual database for the items, not just a list.
Go check it out and try to do it yourself.
Love kotlin and multiplatform! Running a small app in production for 2 years now, and the only struggle is gradle on upgrades. Now all we need is for most library authors to publish and maintain wrappers, unfortunately there's not enough incentive.
Had me laughing 1 minute in. Great video, showing tutorials can be both entertaining and educational.
«it's a shape that you see not just a Json result right... AREN'T YOU HAPPY?????????»
You should be happy
I love ur delivery man 😂😂😂😂
Why thank you buddy, I love you too
Thank you very much for this. I'm trying to build an application with this exact stack and there are not really much resources out there (although i prefer the good old react with typescript).
I'm very sure your tutorials will benefit a lot of people, the Kotlin community and ecosystem.
Why thank you good sir
he is repeating everything from Kotlin documentation, every single line of code is from there, just in case. You can go and check it more for full information if you need.
Omg, he can code kotlin with one hand. What a chad.
Hi there! Will you share part 2 any soon?
nope, uninteresting
hey there Oday, i was thinking about creating a portfolio website using Kotlin and Ktor and this video helped alot- if a part 2 wont come out soon is there anything more i would need to know before making the website or is this video sufficient?
Should be enough to get started, the rest can be done with GPT
@@odayprogrammer cool thanks so much, ive been seeing frameworks like kobweb and jetpack compose between your methodology of pure kotlin and the other two frameworks which do you think would be appropriate for me to use?
wheres part 2 😢
Did you find it?
Can I use Ktor without the need to pay for every thing that JetBrains does?
pay? pay what
I'd buy ur courses
And I’d take your money
