People phone me and it goes straight to voicemail and doesn't ring on my phone how does that work with your system

What do you press after #004#? Because even on your screen it shows there is no option after that. I’m able to type the number #004# but no further option after that. When I exit it just puts me back to the call forwarding screen and wants me to repeat the process. This wasn’t helpful.

And to turn back on you just turn off call forwarding? Then the second time you turn the voicemail off you just enable call forwarding correct? I need to turn my voicemail off when I am working.
