Hey guys. I apologize if my helpful IT Security hints came off as an insult to your intelligence and work ethic. My grand methodology is that I would look again at your IT infrastructure across the board. For example, double check and make sure these Russian hackers didn’t alter your modem and router settings in any way. For example, They have have altered your dns settings and have redirected your connection to their own unique dns server in Russia. It’s clear that there might be a simple thing you and your team may have missed. Also, make it a point to upgrade your store WiFi to wpa 3.0 security. That is all, man. Good luck. Watching you go into the store in an episode in the early days of Retro Rick when you were just hustling around Goodwill and local shops to seeing you run that store today is awesome. I sold my collection 3 years ago for just over $100k here in NZ for a deposit on a house. Spent the last 3 years building it all back up again but do not regret it at all. Now I get the fun of the hunt

Get a new key drive, they have read the scan of your key drive and have created a mountable, all they need to do is mount the key drive onto their computer (which they got because most likely your computer has a fake windows loaded on top of your real one so you can’t tell that you are inputting your info into their fake windows which they can then harvest) once they have the mount they can just keep dropping it onto their own computer and inputting your password to logon

Wow. Those TMNT figures really threw me back. I used to have most of those toys at one point or another when I was a kid. I'd LOVE that TMNT trash can, hope you guys could get it for the shop! I sold my collection when I was 21 to buy my house. It was sad but I needed the money to close and didn’t know a better way to get the money fast because I had 2 weeks. Slowly been buying back everything back over the last 5 years.

One thing you guys could do to make sure on the security side of the youtube channel, is to make sure in addition to changing all the passwords and stuff which you have obvioulsy already done, is to clear all of the cookies from all the browsers on all the machines. A lot of the recent youtube hijacking is done by stealing a session cookie and then using that on another machine.
I had one of those TMNT trash cans. If I'm not mistaken a large bag of popcorn came inside that tin. Most eventually used them as trash cans. Mine was a different design and print but it was very similar.

Crunches and sit ups are my primary exercise I be doing, before I eat anything for the day I do about 200 or more crunches or sit ups. Sometimes I start off as crunches, and usually half way though I do sit ups. I’m trying to lose alot of weight so I do sit ups in the morning, and about a 30 minute walk to my job in the afternoon. Can’t wait till my area gets more consistent hot weather, because I hope to do 160 crunches or sit-ups, then like a hour walk around some hill like areas to really work the legs. I know some might say go to a gym instead, but honestly I like being outside then in a enclosed place like a gym.
It was prob a browser based attack. They copy your local session data + cookies from your browser when you open a file they send you via email. Usually a PDF format (look a like). In your local session data you were still logged into your youtube account. So they dont need that key.

Since they were able to spoof that key's info, there's likely an insider OR they've got very good malware on a compromised machine(may not be yours). Interested to see what info turns up if you're comfy sharing it. The channel Security Weekly may also lend some advice. Good luck!!!

I had one of those TMNT tin trash barrels as a kid. I think I had a different graphic on mine, Just the turtles and it had the logo, but it was the same beyond that. I completely forgot about it until I saw that. I think mine got destroyed over the years, and I ended up crushing it.

I love doing weighted dips with a 50 pound kettlebell but on a real dip stand. It's always funny to see people hating on it while I love to suffer in the gym. 😊
I use my Grandma's walker. Perfect dip stand. Supports a few hundred pounds so it's more than enough for my 190lb frame.

You overbought on the plushies. I mean they will probably sell eventually but that is quite a lot of inventory to be sitting on, on location. You should take half to storage just to clear up space in your backrooms.
Monitor the intake/sales of them and only restock if you get down to under 5 per bag / character.
You could also consider installing 2 claw machines, 1 ufo catcher, machine, 1 stacker machine, and 1 key master machine, a starter display of 8 gotcha pon capsule machines, 2 3 slot card/sticker dispensers, 1 gumball machine, 1 6 varieties 3x3stack loose candy dispenser.

The stacker and key master machines are interesting for your location as you could fill them with some of the toys you take in on trade.
Sticker dispensers for single sale random assortments of your cards any any store branded stickers or other cards you may randomly get.
You could also probably put card packs in an old cigarette machine if you can find one cheep enough.
Maybe an old powerade machine to better sell gamer related drinks the size of the original product will allow for more oddly shaped bottles.

If they stole your cookies, it doesn't matter if you have 2fa, even the yubico keys. The cookies bypass everything as it just puts their browser in the same state yours was when they stole the cookies originally. Aka, logged in.
Your only option is to force log out everyone (this will log you out too, but you can log in normally). Maybe reach out to yt support regarding that if the scammers get in again.

Just throwing ideas out and maybe you have already done all this. It is possible your computer or computers are part of a command-and-control attack or could have a reverse shell running and allowing remote access. I would recommend reimaging your computers to rule out any type of remote attacks. I would guess they are stealing files from you or intercepting data from unencrypted network traffic in order to compromise you again. Best of luck with the bad actors and love the channels, content, and all that you do.

Actually disregard my last comments. I had a co worker that had a problem that could possibly be the same as this. His daughter had connected his phone to a public wifi access such as McDonald's. At this point his phone was hacked. He did not know this for sure but the theory is and what took forever to get a fixed was when he got home the phone then became theirs through his network, his home pc, laptop, phone, anyone else's devices, everything he plugged into his laptop(possibly like your plug in access key they probably cloned it) then they had access to EVERYTHING on all the devices and accounts. He got thoroughly screwed over. He could never get it stopped on the devices he had and eventually shut everything down, changed out all devices. I haven't heard anything since. I hope it got fixed but I don't know. With the way you travel hotels, restaurants and etc . Just a suggestion. I would say with your videos( they are watching) and accepting your challenge everything you mention them. I say they actually have your phone since that is the easiest access.
Quick heads up it might be worthwhile changing passwords periodically rick use something they wouldn't think of like Password1 😅
