Not sure if this is a sleep disorder or not but I fall asleep fine, same time every night. During the night I never sleep solidly, I wake up a lot. I don't actually get up but I do move around in bed. Conscious enough to know I'm alert.
love how the diseases are explained! so much better to understand than reading powerpoint slides!
This is awesome! Thank you.
Another masterpiece in description, however as a Psychology student I was hoping more a more psychological center around sleep/wake disorders (like the description you gave on the brain, but looking for a more variance on causes for this disorder) and hoping to see a more variety of disorders (if there is any). Thanks and great job!
nice video informative,good effort,
So, what's the solution?
My disorder is that I fall asleep too easily, as soon as my head hits the pillow.
You’re lucky
NYC video...teens are majorly suffering from this disease due to study pressure or having lots of issues with friends or family and this leads to disturbed sleep and Brahmi capsules of planet ayurveda are very much effective for this kind of problems as well as it relaxes the mind and provides a good sleep
It is all due to mobile usage before bedtime
ty for this 🤍
