I really am enjoying your videos. I'm 81,but spent my younger years restoring a large victorian home in Michigan, USA.
I watched you hot water installation, which prompted me to remember our similar wet basement situation. The plumber supported the water heater off the floor with 4 hockey pucks. He explained they are waterproof, won't wick up water and allow air movement under the heater to keep it dry ,
