- Join us on a road trip to Italy! We're on a mission set by Jonathan Ross himself, to Toyssimi in Rome. First we need to fill up the van with Mr Ross's unwanted treasures, and boy do we have fun sifting through!
So if you like vintage toys, hop on board this special episode of Toy Shop On Tour, it could be our best quest yet!
Mr Ross needs to have his own show or channel covering his collection/collecting. His passion is contagious and spills out of the screen.

Amazing episode guys, Matt the camera man is clearly a wizard at putting a special together, this blows away anything else on CZcams and Joe is as contagiously enthusiastic as always👍 You guys really put such good energy out into the toy collecting world so thank you for the top tier content as always! Also, shall we just elect Jonathon Ross as the king of collectors at this point? It is really getting unreal at this point how much cool stuff he has acquired over the years!

I totally understand where he is coming from. I have spent most of 2023 trying not to add too much and moving on what’s been in the closet or not properly displayed. I got rid of a lot. But it was so hard. Interesting to see others go through the same process.
While we're all here for the toys, I must admit I was looking for Jonathan's bubble car -- My dad had a large hand in fixing it up for him!
Getting a couple of minutes in and seeing those VERY familiar landscape drone shots was an unexpected treat!
Oh wow! Very cool I think that car was elsewhere although it’s probably a good thing as Joe didn’t get too distracted as he loves an old car especially oddball ones!
Christmas TV at its finest... probably the best thing on TV this Christmas...Joe and Matt are so natural together and a sprinkle of Rossy made this the best TSOT yet...keep up the great work guys and hope to see you both again soon....

This was like a warm hug. The highlight of Christmas TV. So much stuff I could have gone home with. I collect Takara Magnemo figures. I’ve got a Red Falcon variant from palisades toys and a reissue boxed Jeeg with his horse but I don’t have the Emperor yet or an original colours Falcon. Such great toys. Can’t wait for the next episode. In the meantime I need to stalk Jonathan Ross 😂 Great show guys, I miss Gav but it’s great to see Matt appearing as co host.

After my dad died and I saw all the stuff he had that needed clearing out, I decided that I wasn't going to do the same for my kids. So if it's on a shelf and it sits there and I have no pleasure from it anymore, then it gets sold. It was difficult initially, but now it's like lifting a weight off me.
It’s a tough one. However we do find it’s quite therapeutic deciding what you really want/need in your collection.
I quite enjoyed this, that robo King Kong might be the highlight for me!

So much awesome stuff in that Italian shop- I have vague memories of some of it from trips to Italy and Spain when I was a kid (late 80's). Always used to see Mr Ross in Mega City Inverness Street during my lunch breaks when I worked near there around 2000/2ish- he was always into the cool stuff before it was cool.

I love Jeeg, that's probably my 4th favorite Go Nagai robot.
I have no idea why they are so populair in Italy and spain, really no idea.
I know why i love them, because Go is one of my main inspirations, his entire euvre hit it's spote every time with me.
Not an other country in the world other than Japan, does these superbobots, but for some reason italy and spain get them.
Like in your first go around with Jonathan, i noticed a few super robots in his place, love his collection!
These videos with you hanging out together talking smack about toys and comics is always a treat..
I loved that 90's Mazin with the scrander jet, that Steel Jeeg is also still on my list, i want those xD

Billy blast off god I had that aqua one .this is brining everything back . Guys have you got any vertibirds I loved that so much and captain laser, I burnt mine over a candle in the 70s why I don't know and I hade myself for it bur would love to own one now .
