This is awakening when you begin to realize even if your life is very mundane like the 9 to 5 then relaxing doing the same few things after work etc. Remember who you are, not by memory but remaining present then no matter what you are doing, everything is fresh and new and following your intuition becomes second nature because you’re no longer channeling your ego and now an open channel, an open channel can receive downloads of information and that’s where all of the sacred books, spiritual books come from, you, your Self becomes the knower and all the universal intellect and laws stem from that and that alone.

I definitely think pain exists. What ram dass used to say about different plains of reality is more like it. Its neither all mental nor all physical...those are different plains. Therefor you can't conflate the two. As someone who has a spouse that has major physical pain due to degenerative disk dieses, I can tell you on this plain of consciousness her suffering is defiantly real and the fact that you try to diminish what people like her experience is insulting. Even ram dass suffered a stroke...was that not real? it was all mental? it sure looked like it affected his life in a major way. Obviously, he had a major support group to help him because he was famous and had money and he had done major work on himself to be at peace with his condition.

This is an example but it needs answering: would it be a hinderance to her if she came across a person that lived in Gaza and told her about how he lost his daughter? Cuz in her mind he must’ve manifested that, but she wouldn’t want to imagine the idea that somebody manifested that tragedy onto their reality so would that encounter be a test for her to see if she could continue to act like that didn’t happen? Cuz essentially in her mind lives are only lost when it’s imagined. Respectfully.

Or I kill a thousand times with what I say. I keep bringing it up again and again.

I’m sorry, I so struggle with understanding what she is saying. Is this kind of like the early native tribe that couldn’t see the ships on the horizon because they had no experience of them? That the shaman could see them and kept telling them about the ships but the rest of the tribe couldn’t see them?
If someone insults you in a language you don't know and laughs at it, you think it was praise or something nice. It's all what our head makes of it. Imagine someone shouts at you and you think: wow, loud sound waves, then It's not bad for you. Your reaction is your life and you are free to decide whether you suffer or not.Katie doesn't distort what is, but she says how I react to it is the reality. And if I want to scream back, I can do that too, then I decide on war and every cell in my body is poisoned.
This reminds me of that TV show Heroes. Instead of “Save the cheerleader 📣…. Save the world 🌎” ….. it’s “Save your mind….. save the world!!” Which in essence we are the Cheerleader 📣 in this world!!!!! ❤😂❤
