- The American Dental Association is now warning against a new trendy drink called healthy Coke. It's made from sparkling water with a splash of balsamic vinegar over ice but experts now say it should be called unhealthy Coke. The craze was started by a TikToker who said her Pilates instructor recommended the concoction as a healthier option than real Coke. But the American Dental Association now warns that frequent consumption of the concoction can cause tooth erosion.
Can we all agree that there's no such thing as a healthy soda and accept drinking water more while minimizing drinking sodas to moderate only
Agreed. Balsamic vinegar is really healthy for the body though, but just like anything, it should be done in moderation. Mixing two acidic liquids together is not really bright, people should just put it over their food.
Club soda
It's syrup. There is no healthy amount of syrup. Not even in moderation.
The healthy soda is carbonated water, iirc most of the water Germans drink is carbonated
And if you do drink the occasional soda, drink diet or zero sugar
Just drink water. Not only is it healthier, it actually makes you feel hydrated
Facts

Considering, among other things, regular coke can remove paint and battery corrosion, that was my thought as well. It can’t get much more acidic than that.
It's absolute nonsence. Naturally carbonated Mineral water and high quality organic vinegar is obviously far healthier. It does also have Health benefits.

I don't even think that ACV helped me lose weight anyway like everyone claims I kinda only lost it due to calorie counting lol.

@R Why so upset? Sounds like you're bothered.
@R do you tell people to deal with it when they say the sky is blue also?
H3O+ concentration (acidity) in sparkling water is 0.0001, "healthy coke" with 5% vinegar is 0.002 (20 times more). real coke is 0.005 (50 times more), also phosphoric acid, citric acid and acetic acid turn the calcium in your teeth into very soluble forms, while carbonic acid doesn´t (calcium carbonate is almost insoluble)
So even if you can´t taste it as much, coke is as acidic as pure vinegar (0.005) or pH 2.3
