Zombie is a fantastic track, there is a British film called Butterfly kiss and they did the whole soundtrack, that makes it all the more moving.
My brother was posted in Northern Island when he was in the army....The lyrics are so close to the bone...

I love this song as well. As an American with Irish ancestry, It really gets me in the feels...the 1916 line is a call back to the 1916 Easter Rising which basically started the modern Irish Independence movement

True Story: A couple weeks ago, I had left work having a horrible day. I put my random playlist on and the song "Empty " by the Cranberries was playing. Literally I began to start tearing up, but was able to fight it off. All of the sudden, at the very end of the song, an SUV pulls out onto the street with the license plate reading "DOLORES", I pulled over and broke down : (

I love listening to live music, Dolores's voice is almost identical to studio recordings, amazing voice. One worth a watch is pearl jam live too, just can't beat Eddie Vedder's raw voice

      Weird
If a band is identical to their recordings then you may as well stay at home and listen to the album.

For some reason this song seems to resonate with teenagers even now, as I have explained to my nieces and nephews, it sounds cool, but look into what the song is about and learn from it.
