Great Videos on a history what needs to be told from both ends Especially from Ex POW'S,Victims Ect On The Real Way It Was Not What They Just Read In Newspapers Ect Especially People Who Never Stayed In The North During The War
The name of the guy who needs removing from the Lurgan system is on the wall. He's been arrested several times but either let off, cautioned or had charges withdrawn. He's been running stuff in Lurgan for years.

The World knows that Britain has no right to be in Ireland, but the Irish Protestant People today must have a future and equal part in the Reunification of Ireland .
As a moderate non-violent Republican , I 100% agree, the British State needs to keep it's hand out of Ireland but indeed the Protestants of Ireland have every right to be here, it is their home too. In my opinion the only path to Irish Unity is through unity between Protestants and Catholics.

As an Australian watched the troubles in 1970’s on TV as a teenager (I am a British Citizen) the British should have receded out of Ireland, help relieve the pressure cooker effect of sectarian hostilities, move toward Irish self rule.

From Cromwell to every other Plantagenet King, Irland was simply a bargaining chip or a payoff for services rendered by various Noblemen in England who helped them in their fight against the Scott's and the French.
Is it not ironic how favorable the Lloyd George government was in creating a new country for the Jews, in Palestine, but balked at any mention of the Irish having their own state, despite thousands of Irishman risking their lives on the side of British in WW1 and barely a hadfull of European Jews doing likewise.

Weren't the irish republicans taking advantage of the situation in ww1 to have a bloody uprising, while many brave irish people were fighting in the war. So it is not just british bias the irish behaved badly and were disliked for that. Also look at how brave irishmen who volunteered to fight the nazis in WW2 were treated when they returned to ireland.
The other factor is that Ireland was not a colony, it was part of the UK, handing over irish rule was completly different, and required different handling.

Sadly we are several generations away from a true peace in my home country. The process will consume many 100s of millions investment from Ireland and Great Britian to ensure prosperity for those in Northern Ireland and also to make sure the the Irish economy is not adversly affected. Without that investment there will be no provision, no hope, no aspiration and therefore no achievement of goals.
