  • In this video we will cover basic installation of a 6-outlet manifold.
Towards the end of this video, some viewers have pointed out that the manifold appears to be leaking. The barbed shut off valves on the manifold can be pushed, turned and tightened by hand to adjust and stop any leakage at the connection point. We were just trying to demonstrate how the valves were adjusted, and did not fully adjust all of them to prevent the leakage.

Hey Ka Thao, thanks for pointing this out! The barbed shut off valves can be pushed & turned & tightened by hand to adjust and stop any leakage at this connection, but we did not fully adjust it in this video. We will add this comment to the description to make sure there is no confusion for future viewers.

that's right it's the 6 port. I replaced it with an 8 port from another mfctr . there is a leakage problem with the dig one. I took them all back.

      Hey Saul,
Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the 6-outlet manifold. The leaks are most likely due to an excess amount of pressure; the 6-outlet manifolds operate at a maximum pressure of 50 PSI. If your system uses over 50 PSI and you want to try our products again in the future, we recommend trying our 12-outlet manifold which can operate at a maximum pressure of 80 PSI. If you need any assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to send us a message or give us a call at 800-344-1172. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
      Best,
      Eric

Thank you for the response. I wish the product had said 50psi max. Perhaps incorporating a flow restrictor like other models do would help.

Mine leaks no matter what and the shut of valve doesn't shut all the way off. I have a pressure reducer installed on my line to 25psi. Disappointed in product and wasted not only my time and money the tomato plants have problems. Some were getting to much water while others not enough.

      Hey Saul,
We do not make an 8-port manifold. If you are having issues with the with 4-outlet or 6-outlet, we would love to assist you. Please let us know if this is the case.
