For 4 up to 5 Million € you get so much more in Germany, Thailand, USA (Florida or Texas), Panama or other Places.
And also Australia had crazy covid rules.
And Airsoft are not allowed in Australia. Only Gelsoft in Queensland.
Also Australia get hotter and hotter. Less drinking water and floods.
And poison animals and sharks that sometimes not allowed to swim in the sea.

Again really nice video as always. But I don't know why did I get a sense that this house belongs to, or the person currently living in there is a Kashmir. Because there were quite Kashmir things in there.
I wouldn’t call that a prep area. More a butlers pantry for setting serving dishes and also for cleanup since that’s where the dishwasher is located

Be careful of the bull sharks in that river…. One of the biggest ever fought was found near there..

The only major problem with these Australian homes is lack of privacy. Fir millions if it us nit an apartment I need more land and space. The neighbors are right in top of you. One big drawback I see in these Australian homes.
this area is literally 5 minutes to the middle of Gold Coast City. There are plenty of suburbs with big blocks that have more privacy but you're paying for the location
Do you need to worry about crocodiles in those backwater rivers that waterfront houses in Australia back up onto?

P.S. It is the law in Queensland that pools MUST be enclosed with railings or glass.
They are not allowed to be open access.
Not just Queensland but all of Australia. All pools by law must be fenced off to a certain height.

Loved this house.. not so keen on the bedrooms though didn't really suit the rest of the house in my opinion
Great channel but I think it would be far better to focus on brand new houses/flats up to £400k . Why? Young or old 1st time buyers /people on low incomes are the people who want to own their own property. By focusing on lower priced homes they will be able to see what the can get now instead of wasting their time dreaming about $£1million + homes.

Horrible house, style is putrid, the river it backs onto is dirty, plus it will take you a long time to get to the broadwater from there. Just because a house is big and on the water doesnt make it a great house
