It's the arcade version of the game. All of the characters are there already, You can unlock characters in the PSX version by playing the Arcade Mode of the game. To unlock Gon you need to win the first Tekken Ball while he is your opponent. Or in the Name Entry as GON. To unlock Doctor B. you need to beat Tekken Force 3 times. It consists of 3 keys (Copper, Silver and Gold.) and fight him at the very last level of Tekken Force.
