How is this truth ?? Last year the Supreme Court ordered the Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court to form a 2 judge bench and re investigate the matter and the verdict is almost the same only the number of few Teachers is reduced from 32000 to 25000

Industrialists like Birla. Just think where are you standing today. Is there any industry set up in Bangal during Mamata rule. I stay in two tire town of Maharashtra. I have seen bangali engineers working on mere salaries. I think after U P and Bihar bangalis will be biggest migrant in Mamata continue for few more years. No opportunity. All the best.

A HC Judge gives judgements against TMC Govt., continuously and resigns and joins BJP. And BJP declares his his Candidature for Loksabha election. Can't we understand the impartiality of Judiciary in HC of Culcutta? Judiciary must improve itself before improving others. Contempt is only to cover up itself. Sad things occuring since 2014.

Improper sppointments
Mamta will answer if there is any case filed against her.
Politicians think they are above law. No one should question their actions.
Verdict is devoid of logic and common sense. Court can declare appointment illegal. But asking selected candidates to pay back salary with interest is totally uncalled for. They received salary for the work they did. They have taught children and but for them some body else who were appointed on temporary basis would have done the same job and be paid. So salary had to be disbursed in either of the situations. Hence recovery of salary with interest is bereft of common sense

First and foremost contempt should go if criticized about judges curruption. When we are seeing day in and day out judges with corruption and no action being taken by anybody how can not call corrupt as corrupt
Not only Bengal but Delhi High court and SC judges are also sold.But still some judges are honest.

General public and the affected employees are not satisfied with this verdict. All employees are not corrupted, why they are punished. Punishment must go no to the culprits. I think justice is not resembled with the symbol of the judiciary.

Do criticising verdict contempt of the court, no. Only contempt of court is not execution of order by officials is contempt and another contempt is obstructing process of court or influencing its verdict by practices which are not offence, so for that court charges them with contempt of court with due process.
I had trust only in 4 courts of India for delivering rational and unbiased judgements .. SC, Calcutta HC, Madras HC, Bombay HC...... now CH also collapsed, only 3 left...
