Was anyone as scared and stressed as I was? đ©
Yesss!!
Me !!!!
Scared asf
I WAS TERRIFIED!!!!! đđđ
cat are cool and cute
Itâs time to stop scruffing them now. This can induce stress and restrict their airways. Use two hands instead and support their bottoms when picking them up.
Agreed. They feel a lot more secure when you hold their butt.
Yep I own 3 kitten fluffers and they like that better đčđčđčđčđč
finally someone said it.
Kate Scott Definitely agree! In this video he wasnât scruffing them right. He was grabbing to low and too much on the side! 5:42
THANK YOU! I love Joey but I cringe & look away when he does that
They really need enrichment. Toys and some sort of hiding place with cushions or blankets. That's why she keeps moving them. They need a cosy place to sleep and a climbing structure with some toys
No, they really don't. Right now they just need to socialize with their siblings and their mother. Joey can use toys to play with them, but toys shouldn't be left in their enclosure with them. They will just tear them up and possibly eat parts of a toy. Plus they would rapidly grow tired of toys if they had them all the time.
I suggest a cozy hiding spot on their play pen! That's why mama keeps on moving them to a hidden spot â€
Kittens should actually be introduced to toy interactions and human interactions between 2 and 7 weeks. It makes them socialized and will make for a better, well rounded cat in the future.
Joey kept talking about how they "keep getting into trouble"....yeah, cuz you've given them literally nothing to do!!
@@emilyelise2112 yes and they're about 5 or 6 weeks old now.
6:16 that's the cutest meow I've ever heard in my life
I know it was cute!
When I got my 8 week old kitten, he didnât pee or poop for like 12 hours. When I witnessed his first pee, it was euphoric. I cannot believe how fast these babies figured their box out!!!
Oh thatâs good, mine peed on me the first time, and then he figured it out
I put mine in the litter box and she figured it out by herself
*JOEY! PLEASE READ THESE TIPS* FOR THE KITTENS' *SAFETY AND HAPPINESS*:
1. USE NON-CLUMPING LITTER. AT this age clumping litter is dangerous because they explore with their mouths so it could clog their intestines. Turn off Sakura's litter box to avoid any possible accidents and clean it manually or come once a day to activate it and then deactivate it.
2. You are also going to need 8 litter boxes (number of kittens +1). They can be 7 little boxes since sakura has her own. The box must be twice as big as each kitten. This is because cats don't like to share because they're really clean, and not having enough litter boxes might lead to them just refusing to go in another cat's box and just going anywhere. As you said their instincts kick in, so they used the one you put, but you have to think in advance, which is why more boxes will be needed.
3. The open pen worked well with the puppies, but not for kittens, they need to have a covered space within this pen, or else, Sakura will just move them again.
4. They are in their fourth week, which means it's time to introduce them to play, with toys they can "hunt". Don't use laser pointers. You need to keep them active, but eventually, let them "hunt" they toy so they feel satisfied and not frustrated.
5. To avoid having them scratch the bedside and the mat, place one or two small scratching posts in the area they are in.
6. Joey, I beg you, please check out KittenLady on youtube. She has amazing tips and she could solve all of your questions that you've been asking in the vlogs about raising kittens. It wouldn't take that long and she's pretty reliable. Check out her tips for litter training: czcams.com/video/EKe0otXH3Ck/video.html

7: STOP SCRUFFING THEM
Totally agree
Bump.
Donât use clumping litter for the kittens, they will eat it and it can clump in their stomach.
/\ this
Yep,they need sorta pellet thingys, like ferrets and stuff use
My cat never did, but better save than sorry
Exactly
Iâve had cats and kittens my whole life and have never heard that. Not saying it isnât true!! But I donât think thatâs common knowledge. Hope he reads this.
My cat ate clumping litter all it did was make him dumb đ€Ł
âI thought she flushed them down the toiletâ đđ
I have seen many other comments saying what Iâm about to say but I am going to repeat it in hopes that you see this one:
People I found the information from:
M Spears & Bobo Buddy the Senior Cat | Virgo Marie | Alice Aspegren | kathy mik | milk
do NOT use clumping or scented litter. The cats are at the age where they explore by tasting not just smelling or waking around. Clumping litter can be very dangerous as it can clog their intestines
Stop holding them by their neck. When the kittens were younger it was ok to scruff them but as they get older it will start to be painful for them. It is recommended to hold them normally with both hands since that provides the most support for them
Add a bed or some blankets. Itâs most likely that Sakura moved them because she thought that they were uncomfortable and needed warmth. Go ahead and add the bed that Gemini loves so much and maybe even the blue tent. Sakura will most likely move them, or the kittens will climb by themselves to a warmer area ( the couch )
Add some toys! The kittens should have already received toys about a week ago when they started to become more playful. It is better to play with them with toys instead of your hands. If you continue to play with them with your hands they will learn to attack peopleâs hands
Extra tips: turn off the electronic kitty litter box if you ever leave them outside of the pen. They could easily get stuck in it and get hurt
Extra tip: Play with their little paws and touch their paw pads. This will make it easier to trim their nails when they are older
Extra tip: the floppy sleeping that Aries was doing is very common. Especially with young kittens. Itâs just then going into a deep sleep. Very common so do not be alarmed the next time that happens
Also watch Kitten Lady for some extra tip on taking care of kittens
This comment needs more likes so that Joey can see. Iâm starting to get nervous for the kitties đ

Joey, clumping litter can be FATAL for small kittens! đ° The age they're in right now means that they will start tasting every possible and impossible thing around them soon, and the clumping litter can literally clog their intestines. Please switch to a non-clumping litter! đ°â€ïž
So can regular litter....
That can happen with regular litter too tho
Weâve had the best luck with kiln dried pine pellets from the tack and feed store. Itâs much better health wise for kittens and cats, handles the odor issues better than even the highest quality fragranced litter, and costs so much less itâs insane. We have 9 adult fosters and only use 1/2-3/4 a bag a month and a 40 pound bag is less than $7. It must be kiln dried or put through a process to eliminate the pine oil because pine oil is toxic. Donât bother with feline pine because itâs garbage compared to what you get from the tractor supply store and is so much more expensive.
Miss know it all that can happen itâs realular litter smh
They can hurt themselves on non-clumping litter too! If people would just see how well he is actually taking care of them you just watch the video see one little thing that he did wrong or think he should switch what he's doing because you think its wrong! But you know what he is doing amazing with those kittens! And he said people have been commenting he use this litter!
They need those bed/tents in there for them to play, they also need lots of toys. They should have gotten toys a week or two ago when they started to play more.
I thought you weren't supposed to use toys until atleast 3 or 4 weeks after birth? They're playful, but using toys has it's own hazards, right? I always thought that one month was the perfect age to start introducing toys... Correct me if I'm wrong, pleaseâșïž
Merrin James I watch a lot of kitten lady. Three weeks you should for sure start playing with them and socialize them more. Besides these kittens were born first part of April. They are 5 weeks old now Roughly

He should put some enrichment stuff in there, if not they wonât learn how to play properly đą
they don't need toys yet they are learning to play from each other right now
I agree, you should put a bed or something for them to hide in there. The round bed that Aries loved so much would be good i think. The pen now is very open and empty.
id'e hide my kittens too if they couldn't hide themselves
They might still be too small and there could be a risk of smothering while heâs not in there.

Keegan xox he says this everyday LMAOOO
Monika Ruiz I know, I donât know how he hasnât caught on that sheâs always loud and needy đ
@@keeganxox7821 its because she has attachment issues, my adopted baby is the same and has the same sounding constant meow. I cant go anywhere without her crying for me, not even the bathroom is sacred unless I lock the door. She tries to sit right on my lap.cries if I leave the room and etc. I live at home with my family right now but when I get out of my house and into a place of my own itll be easier to correct the behavior. He can definitely correct the behavior however it just takes time. Especially once she can leave the singular room and venture around further.
Bella asdfghjkllkjkjhhfdut Aw okay, I had no idea thatâs what it was and thank you for the information â„ïž
Or she could be in heat
You should put that little bed from 4:14 into the expanded play pen so they have a little place to cuddle puddle for warmth. Also they're reaching the rickety stage. The best stage.
Was thinking the same thing...they want some warm snuggles, not a wide open space with just a litter box đ
Yeah he should, heâs treating them more like dogs with the wide open space
magrudergrinder23 also might make it so momma donât move em bc they can go in a hiding spot the new pen is to open for her preferences (not that it was wrong to make it bigger they need the space but momma clearly likes to hide the kittens )
The felt one? I was thinking the same thing, since one of them really liked it.
Joey once you let the kittens out into the room you might want to cover up wires. Some cats like to chew wires, and if they chew to much then they could get electrocuted!
Turn off the automatic litter box too, the kittens are too small
Yeah my brother keeps having to buy new chargers because the wires are chewed up
And all of those plants too.. he doesn't know if they are cat friendly!! if the kitten chew on those could be deadly.
@@keirasmith5373 they can't even access it, he keeps them in their area when he's not in the room -_-
He's not going to listen. He's just going to keep doing what he wants to do.
She's moved them to the cosy sofa cos you've got them literally just in an area with nothing but a flat mat :/ they need somewhere to snuggle into, and toys! They need environmental enrichment.
Edit: I'm not trying to be rude or have a go at Joey. I think it's a wonderful thing he's doing by looking after them. He just needs some guidance. Kitten Lady on CZcams is a great resource!
Omg thx sombody who thinks the same
This is sooo true! They need a little cave! Something with a roof over, so they can hide and feel safe and warm:)
I said the same thing đ
literally though.. Like he got all those beds and he can't put one in the pin for them. Like use your brain joey!!
Alex Gribner thatâs not needed to say I get your upset but you should put it in a nicer manner you really think he will notice or listen to somebody whoâs being rude to him? Put yourself in his shoes before sayings that.Think about it
Just suggesting you make a little cuddle spot with blankets in that pen! The reason Sakura probably also moved them was because she most likely saw them and they seemed like they wanted warmth! So please use that thing that Aries was climbing in or something to make a cozy tight spot for them
Virgo Marie
Thank you for replying this, I was thinking the same thing
Yes! I agree with you. Like maybe a cozy hiding spot or something inside their playpen
Yeah, they actually seemed pretty content in there, they were all just trying to sleep. I don't understand why he doesn't put that wool thing that Gemini keeps climbing into in their corner for them.
@@kristen58 True ! đ€
Just for you to know the litter you do NOT want for them to start with is the clumping and the sented litter because little kittens are like babys the explore with their mouths and if any of them eat a piece then it can be bad for them and their body so make sure that the litter your using is not clumping and/or sented for theyre safety but i still love them and i hope they are healthyđâ€đâ€đâ€đâ€đâ€đâ€đâ€
w i n t e r you took the words right out of my mouth. đđ»đ
I was about to say the same thing!! Good looking out!
True. A vet told me that she once had a lady come in with several kittens who ate clumping litter and some died because the litter formed clumps inside the kittens tummy that could not pass through the intestines. Scary stuff.
All litter is bad for kittens, lol. But we used clumping and monitored them with their mom we also had sand for when we were gone, they are now 10 yr old cats who love to pee and are okay with scented litter or non, as long as they have litter.
Musa Kitty they also make a pellet type litter as well that would be safe for kittens to use.
Be careful with clumping litter Joey, my Vet recommended non-clumping litter when my queen had her kittens, as sometimes kittens eat the clumped litter.
They always end up ingesting some when cleaning their paw. They're too small for any type of clumping in them. They can choke or get clogged up
Did he give them clumping litter? He said the box that he showed was for Sakura's, so I'm not sure if that's what he gave to the kittens, too? Was it the same?
When I litter trained my 5 kittens of our rescue kitty Mum, I started with decent sized soft paper pellets, then once they were big enough to easily get into and use our litter trays, they graduated to clumping litter.
There is a Kitten litter, it tastes bad but also has an attraction scent in it to teach them where to go.
Indigo Ashes Yeah that was clumping litter because non-clumping litter is more pellet like (what ferrets use) but true he never said there's was clumping
Joey hii~ I have a lot of knowledge on cats and just wanted to let you know a few things â„ First of all you've been doing a good job with them, just some nitpicky stuff
-It was ok to lift them by their neck skin when they were younger but you should start lifting them the normal way now. The mother cat only does it because she can't lift them the other way. You can offer them more support with two hands and that's always the recommended way to lift a cat, even a kitten. The older they get the more harmful and painful it will be for them.
-And based on that, Sakura most likely didn't even bring them up to the couch corner to sleep, they can walk now so they climbed up by themselves. I suggest putting a bed into their area so they don't climb up to sleep there again. Cats like sleeping in tight spaces because it makes them feel safe so offer them that â„
-And when you bring in toys (which yes, please do!) make sure they're sturdy and take them away if they fall apart. You don't want any choking hazards. Cats are generally very smart but still, better safe than sorry
-The floppy sleeping is common so don't get scared when it happens. They go into deep sleep and it's something that they do a lot more as kittens. Adult cats do it too but not nearly as often and they wake up easier
-Also, I recommend handling their paws a lot at a young age so cutting nails will be easier when they grow older. Just hold them, play with them, many cats actually like when you massage the beans when they're in a rested mood
All good suggestions! And if Joey's excuse for scruffing is that he's holding a camera in one hand, it's a bad excuse, because they're still small enough he can get one hand under their stomach and easily lift them up. I mean, I pick up 8 lb pomeranians with one hand, he can do a tiny kitten!
@@kristen58 Yeah, I can lift my own adult cats up with just one hand if needed so Joey definitely can do it with kittens who are used to humans :D They can be squirmy but that's pretty much it hahaha
Why would you cut their nails when they're older?
@@Schmukuh007 I think most people clip nails for indoor cats...and if you don't get a kitten used to you messing with their paws, an adult cat is going to flip out and bite you when you try to clip them.
@itsmeanis Because the nails will get too long, and the cat will start to scratch stuff, especially on scratching posts in an attempt to file them down. For example, why do we humans cut our nails? Itâs so they donât get too long to the point where it causes us inconvenience and discomfort. Itâs a hygienic routine.

Kathryn McGuire Thats literally meh Iâm like âmum just let meh sleepâ
My mum:*slaps my feet until I wake up*
(P.S. this is what happened to me before all the corona and quarantine stuff)
True tho đ
they might be getting a little too big to hold by the back of their necks
Cats never get too big for that. Without other support, yes, but theyâd have to be a lot heavier than what they are now.
I have a cat at around 4.4kgs and if I wanted to, she would let me hold her neck without any extra support. My old cat wouldnât let me do that even with support (we think she was sold younger than allowed), so I think the extra âtrainingâ of them relaxing is a good thing so that itâll stay with them later on.
Time+space=perspective It's totally fine! It's how mama picks them up :) if they're in pain, they'd let you know. From my experience, it is safe to scruff a kitten just until they are about 6 weeks old, it will depend on the kitten's weight tho. If you can do it properly, it's totally harmless. If they do grow bigger and heavier, it's still best to support their bottom while scruffing them âș
That's what I said in one of my long educational rants that I commented a few days ago.
I honestly think he does it, because it makes him feel cool?... picking up a animal by the scruff.
Like, there is ZERO need for it anymore.
Even Sakura won't be moving them by their neck for much longer.
@@maureendadivas5968 The mother would not be picking them up at this age unless they *really* needed to get somewhere, They begin to follow their mother from place to place as soon as they're steady on their legs. Very rarely will you see a mother pick up a kitten older than 3 weeks.
The only thing he's doing is teaching these babies that his way of treating them is normal. Hopefully he doesn't start teaching them to play rough, cats are *really* hard to break when it comes to bad habits.
Sis you can pick up a full grown cat like that with no issues
PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS JOEY!!!
I'm stressed out about the electric litter box!
They WILL find their way into that sooner rather than later and I'm scared that if there are more than one kitten inside and one leaves, the sensor will think the cat has left and start rotating and the kitten still inside will loose its balance and wont be able to escape. and I'm pretty sure the poop compartment is sealed with rubber to reduce smell so if a kitten gets trapped in there it might suffocate. Or the rotation could hurt it in some other way.. I'm worried and i've seen many people comment the same thing.. I just wanted to make sure you've thought of that..
I've also seen a lot of people saying how dangerous clumping or scented litter is for kittens as they might ingest it and it will clog their intestines.. that was very important for me to tell you as well.
He can shut the door so they can't go in
@@ShanRezGaming yup he can but he had to be aware of the problem first đ so just making sure he's thought of it
Those electric litter robots have a weight sensor that only go off if the cat is heavy enough. Iâve got a 5 1/2 cat that it never works for because sheâs too light. The kittens should be ok but it is concerning if they try and climb in when itâs cycling because they wonât be heavy enough to stop it.
Joey, for future reference, when the kittens are out in the room be sure to turn off the big electronic litter box because they are too small and maybe could get trapped and hurt when it turns on!? I'm so proud of the sweet kitties! â€đ»đ
I'm super worried about this too! I'm thinking the compartment with the poop is sealed with rubber to reduce smell.. so if one of them can't escape in time and fall in there it could suffocate!
Hello tell bobo fluffy says hi
Yeah I agree my friend had a traumatic experience with that kind of situation. Donât worry the kitten was unharmed đ
The electronic litter box only turns on when joy presses the button, he said in the video when he got it, so no animals will be harmed
@@babosaeditz956 You must have misunderstood something. He pressed the button to turn it on. And after it's been turned on it will rotate automatically when needed. That's what the product is for. I read up on it to make sure and got the info from the product website.
It may have a setting where you have to press the button for each rotation but if there is I couldn't find the info on their website and I re-watched the video too and I didn't hear him saying anything about having to press the button each time. Just that he presses the button to force a rotation to show the others and to start the first rotation when it's turned on.
The website also said that cats must be over 5 pounds to use it so it's not suited for the kittens anyway.
He really should give them toys and a coverd place.

He can do it until they are 12 weeks old or once the mother stops doing it herself. Nothing wrong with it!
@@lmaree200886 yeah I agree it's not harmful to do, but it's important to desensitize the cats to being held normally early.
@@MMandGlitter They are barely even 5 weeks old, Joey has plenty of time to handle them. I just hope he keeps them until at least 12 weeks old as the longer they are kept with the mum the better they will grow up normally. Cats that leave their mums too early almost always grow up needy or still do kitten things like suckling on things. I know cause my own 12 year old tortie girl cat I reared her from 8 weeks old and she's a demanding little brat!
@@lmaree200886 yeah I think a lot of people think 8 weeks is ok, but 12 really helps them socialize well and be a lot happier in their adulthood.

Add a bed that has enough room for all of them and mama to cuddle up in at the opposite end of the litter box in the new area. They would rather sleep in a comfy soft blanket or bed and than just huddled on the pad on the floor and add some scratchers and some small toys they can slap around. Also maybe switch to shredded newspaper or kitten safe litter.
The kitties are definitely ready to start playing! So exciting! Try to play with them using toys, not your hands, so that they know not to 'attack' peoples hands, now that their claws are getting sharper.

Its actually fine for dogs too...
Dogs can be held by the neck too, Iâve seen mother dogs carry their pups by the neck.
Y not just put that round bed in there, they like having a bed and sinething to vlimb and play on.
XxXMidnightQueenXxX Gacha why did you comment like that it was just a suggestion
I can't understand you
Cause they gonna piss everywhere
Hey joey Iâm looking for a kitten how much would you do if you were to sell them also my birth stone is Gemini âïž
XxXMidnightQueenXxX Gacha
Donât be rude it was just a suggestion
1. Stop lifting them from the scruff, it starts to hurt them when they weigh more. Even the mom doesn't lift them just by the skin and she can't do it any other way in any case. You need to start supporting them by the butt when holding them.
2. No clumping litter for the kittens! They can eat it (like human babies they put everything in their mouth) and it can cause blockage of the bowl.
3. Cats are clean animals, they don't want to be enclosed in such a small space with their litter box.
4. Spay the mom and she won't scream that much and annoy you.
5. Give them toys and start giving them food. They are really playfull at this age and have nothing to play with.
Erica S yes
Sakura's timid "mew" is hardly screaming!
It ok if u hold em like that its normal bc cats also pick em up like that
THANK YOU!!! #1 Iâve repeated so many times. For a while I stopped watching his videos cause he keeps doing that. Also Sakura does no need 2 COMPLETELY FULL bowls of cat food
@@MariaHernandez-ol2oe Mama cats only do that when they are tiny. As they grow and gain weight it can harm them.

They need toys.. poor kittens.. stuck in that area with nothing to stimulate there young minds.
Hi OvO they are two little
Maybe he tried toys but they did not like The toys like my cat does not like playing with toys
Clary Hustles your correct
The whole mom cat being stuck in a single room is a little disturbing as well.
Make sure you kitty proof the room and get rid of all the cable's and wire's.
Joey, Sakura is probably going into heat, I would recommend getting her spayed(yes, vets are open. You just bring the pet there, and they'll come out to take it)
not sure if they will spay her now I think they have to respect a time frame before they can neuter.
That's not. No. Cats rarely go into heat when they've got kittens. Especially ones so young.
They are open for emergencies only in some states.
Sakura should be spayed AFTER the Kittens are weaned.

Sakura trying to say to Joey all the time: "you're a good guy but my kittiens need medical supervision!"
cri uq yes itâs strange bc he knows he should trust her instincts but then goes against her and playful scolds her.. itâs like of course sheâs doing what is best for her kittens! She knows better than Joey. He is so good intentioned but a bit odd he is so dismissive of Sakuraâs obvious communication w him about her babies.
*_FINALLY,_** SOMEONE GETS IT!*
Joeyyy†I've seen sooo many videos now, on why only the mom, and us humans should not hold/carry kittens (or cats in general for that matter) by the scruff, and also my previous and current vet both agree.. you should only ever do it if you have a cat that is hard to have control over or for capturing without traps etc. Please reconsider holding and moving them like that, I truly believe that they really dont like it... :( you could maybe check out some of Jackson galaxy's videos on the animal behavioirist side of stuff like this, so many good tips:) I reeeally don't mean to seem rude, btw, i'm just trying to help you out! They should also be socialized with other people and animals, so that they can go to any forever home, and not be scared of other animals or people once they are up for adoptionâ€đ»

If you want a trustworthy source of info about raising kittens, âkitten ladyâ is a good source of info. She has a channel I think youâd love that can help educate you a little more, since this is one of your first times fostering. No hate, but please do your research. Itâs important these kitties grow up right!
I would LOVE a colab (virtual) with the two of them! I feel like the kitten lady would give him such good info and it would be so entertaining!
I've been commenting this since day one! I really hope he sees it
Joey, I have some tips! đ and trust my tips, I've had 12 cats in the past, and I have 2 rn.
1: hold the butt and keep them close to your chest when carrying them, don't scruff them, their to old for that.
2: Mama cats will move their kittens if they don't feel their safe, here's how I'd prevent that;
âą Don't bother the kittens as much
âą Keep kittens close to mom
âą Gain moms trust (Pet her, feed her, make her feel at home)
âą Try and train them with mama, and maybe even let her train them.
3: kittens need special litter and food, I suggest this;
âą wet food
âą mixed wet and dry
âą little less wet mixed with dry
âą dry food
, This way the kittens will get used to dry food
4: If kittens paw you when your cuddling, it's comfort for them, that's how they got milk from mom.
5: let them fight, I've learned over the years that cats play fight, same goes for dogs,
This train's them for if they ever get outside and something goes wrong.
Hope this helped!
I have had 2 liters of kittens and what he is doing is fine I know you want to help and thatâs fine but heâs good of what heâs doing
@@mrossen4805 sure you had 2 litters but my 12 ADULT cats had so many litters and I had gotten to understand common mama habits, some of what he's doing is not fine and needs to be called out. Have a nice day or night.

You should totally put that bubble thing Gemini loves in their enclosure. I'm sure she'll love it! ^u^
Exactly what I was thinking. They would probably all like to cuddle in it. And climbing on it would give them a little something to do...like why didn't he just put it in their corner?

That's very scary and quite a funny coincidence
You need to get the wire cute shelving where you can build a nice enclosure anytime you need to. That's what I use to build my guinea pig's cage, but you would have to still use the cardboard
I think they need a bed or blanket in a corner to curl up in and make it a bit more interesting in there. Maybe the felt cave would be nice. Then they got somewhere to go hide and sleep.
Joey: Little girl wake up
Aries: go Alway Iâm trying to sleep

âWhy did she move her babies in there.. â (turns to mama) âđyou sickoâ I cracked tf up đđ
Joey sakura is moving her babies because she feels they aren't safe. The space is too open for them, so I'd put dark hiding spots like the tent in there so there's places for them to hide and they aren't fully out in the open. Also, give them some toys!! They're at the age they can play properly with toys, and also please turn off Sakuras litter box because when and if they get in there, they're too small for it to detect them and they could get hurt. And PLEASE PLEASE stop holding them by the scruff! It pains me to watch it. They're too big for that now, please listen to us. Not complaining, just trying to help đ
Excellent advice!
I feel like he knows what he is doing but idk if he is doing anything wrong since I have never owned a cat
You can carry cats like that even as adults dude
Arianna Leffler actually no you shouldnât their body weight is too heavy for that and you cause trauma and unnecessary pain to the cat, no one should ever hold a cat like that unless itâs absolutely the last restore, for example rest airing a feral or aggressive cat. Do Not hold a cat like that!
Bruh you can carry cats by the scruff at any age.

The kittens are so cute. The brave ones have death wishes though when they are little lol. Pick a different litter that wonât clump and doesnât have so much scent. They love exploring in every way possible including with taste and the clumping can hurt them. They donât Know how sharp their teeth and claws are either. It takes awhile to learn that like puppies.
i hope the litter is non clumping litter since you really shouldnât use clumping for litter training kittens
Awwwwwww! Meows are soooooo cute!
this is cuteness overloaaaaaaad. I'm dying.
Just FIY sheâll continue to meow like that until she is spayed.
That's not even logic. Cats meow when they want attention or food lol. Trust me, if she was in heat, he'd know.
Blobbert Mcblob he might not. My friend didnât know her cat was in heat for months, despite the pee everywhere and extra vocals. A lot of people donât know how quickly cats go back into heat after having kittens, itâs only about a month.
@@retrocasey mmm, no. That's not true at all. The earliest I've ever seen a cat go into heat after having kittens was 3 months and that was an indoor cat, most outdoor cats only have 1-2 litters a year. I've probably had over 100 cats since I was a kid.
Blobbert Mcblob well you can say thatâs not true but thatâs my experience so itâs true for me. And wow, to have had over 100 cats in your lifetime is pretty unbelievable. Youâd have to have had tens of cats at one time for that to be even remotely true. Have a nice day.
@@retrocasey Well, we did live out in the country and the cats kinda came with the property lol. Most of them were here when we moved in. They weren't bothering us and hey, free cats. We probably had 50+ cats at one point.
Hey hey, feed them. The mom is slowly giving them less milk...its on purpose too. You have to give them soft kitty food...or milk...
No milk. Cats can't digest milk from other species.

Amazing job on taking care of the precious babies! Great that theyâre growing up together! But make sure to not use clumping litter as they can eat it :( and donât hold them by the neck because it can hurt them! Ur doing good! When I first got a kitten I was so scared!
Holding kittens by the neck cannot hurt them as itâs the way their mother would hold them for the first couple of weeks of their lives but as they get older then he should stop
