How smooth is the trigger action? Some controllers increase speed gradually to a point, then they short the battery to the motor and the speed kicks up to full on. For my use, the trigger action must be gradual all the way to 100%. Thanks.
You burnt up the drill? Ya I think it’s hard on them, the mixer is geared lower so it can handle mixing a full bucket of drywall mud or tile mastic, floor leveller etc. an added bonus is that it doesn’t all splash out of the bucket and on to the floor and your pants when you hit the trigger.. Save the wear and tear on your drill and get one!!
Niceee brother great little break down! I’ve been tempted to buy the Super Hawg bc it comes with most of the “missing” features we want for mixing & drilling. But after buying super sawzall these 2 are huge & heavy as heck! Now I might do more drilling then mixing tech, so how well do you think this mixer will do drilling larger holes? I use a 4-8” auger couple times a year clean some drains & do work with an electrician (Granted he typically has a hole hawg on deck) & then sometimes I need to run 2-6” hole saw also 🤔 So this mixer has a clutch built in? I’ve watched the Hole hawg throw people ladders 😂 (im almost positive the 50lb super hawg does has a clutch at least lol)
Any luck on using a mud mixer for drilling holes? I would only use it for mixing drywall compound because the hole Hawg is much easier to use with the hole saw if you have both tools

I honestly never considered drilling with the mixer,
