While there were less than 200 produced in 2020 and there will probably be less than 200 in ‘23, there were over 500 produced in ‘21 and probably somewhere between 5-600 produced in’22. Still rarer than a Demon but somewhere in the 15-1700 range.

How's it's braking and turning vs a widebody Redeye

Braking is incredible. Turning is what you can expect from a drag car. It's not terrible but I wouldn't say it's precision.
