its how fast you can move in your surrounding space. not how fast you can move through space forward or back... so a feint or a body movement through your spacial area surrounding you with the mental intelligence will always outdo a player that is rapid in straight line or fast and strong. bernardo pirlo busquet the list goes on.. maradona.. (maradona was also suprisingly fast straight line) these players out do you in the small space around them.. with the mental understanding of the game its hard to get even near players like this. this is exactly what jack means.
