His football spine and foundation is grit, grind and endeavour. His respected footballers are Fornals, Antonio, Coufal, Soucek and Bowen. These guys do a job thats basically mainly about the rolling up of sleeves and running. None of them possess enough technical footballing skill and control. Bowen can shoot.
