I saw u r all videos very good experience for learning.thank you very much my dear😊
Thank you so much dear for positive responses. It will help me to do more😊
Bro Indians are smart but English is bad but this one is good love you
We use a flooded chilla to keep the ice rink cold.
Thank you for good explanation, could you share the one with after cooler or recuperator?
very helpful video, our company produce ,I sell it ,but I really don't understand it before I watch this video!
Very helpful videos for understanding HVAC systems, but I want to know how much the temperature of refrigerant after the expansion valve?
Thank you and the temperature of the refrigerant changes based on the pressure. But commonly the temperature will be around 5°C.
Sir can you please make a video on refrigeration cycle, stating the different types of heat. Latent heat, Specific heat, Superheat & Supercool...
Please
I have already made videos on these topics.
Refrigeration Cycle

Superheat and Subcooling

The Remaining videos I will make soon.
Hi, I am wondering if you could do a study on the vaporizing of CO2 stored in huge CO2 tank for process use.
My company uses a lot of CO2 for our process. Liquid CO2 is vaporised using a hot water balh before it could be used.
Is there any ways to harvest the chillness from the vaporising CO2 for used to cool our cooling tower water return?
What does it mean water from ahu for water chiller?
That's mean, the water is coming into the chiller from AHU. The chiller is cooling the water and send it again to the AHU. The AHU is like a fan motor which is using this chilled water to cool down the room. If you have any doubts please ask. Thank you.
How to find
Efficiency
Approx
And delta T of a cooling tower and chiller please make a video on it
Suction temprature discharge temperature how much in refrigeration.
Suction and Discharge temperature of the refrigerant may vary depending on the Refrigerant and Load.
Normally, Suction temperature range from around -10°C to 10°C and Discharge temperature range from around 30°C to 70°.
Hi nice videoo, but i still don't understand what's refrigerant? Is gas freon or what?
Before u told air coold chillar how come cooling tower
Here I have explained Water cooled chiller. Water cooled chiller need Cooling Tower.
Pless
Please give this video in tamil
czcams.com/video/THzhkB8AMRU/video.htmlsi=-2-s8nEoDr5e25AS
This is the link for the tamil video of the chiller working principle.
But, the video will be fast, so try to understand. If you have any doubt please ask me.
There should be a correction in this video that, In the Evaporator water flow through the shell, not the tube.
In the tube refrigerant gas flow.
In the other hand, In the condenser water flow through the tube and refrigerant flow in the Shell.
Plz correct it if possible. This is the mistake in this video.
I think so.
@@BUTLERENGLISHNo, the refrigerant won't flow through the tube. In Evaporator chilled water flows through the tube and in condenser condenser water flows through the tube. Refrigerant only flows through the shell.
Hello, I am a Chinese industrial water cooler manufacturer. Are you interested in talking?
Hi, if you want please contact through the mail.

In chiller condenser inlet vapour state and evaporator outlet also vapour state ?
In refrigeration cycle evaporator outlet liquid state and condenser inlet was vapour compressor was change the liquid to vapour state
Evaporator outlet should be vapor only.
Compressor can't take liquid as inlet.
Liquid is an incompressible thing. So Compressor can't compress the liquid. So only vapor will enter into the Compressor.
Evaporator outlet is vapor and vapor enters the Compressor and vapor comes out from Compressor and vapor enters the condenser and changing to liqid in the condenser.
Finally it all clicked after watching this video. Thanks!
Thank you so much. Please keep support.
