It's been cold out there and sun isn't rising early as autumn comes to an end.
My morning starts from 5:30AM. I was used to be a night person, but since my cat wakes me up (for his breakfast) I keep getting up at that time.
There are some routines I always do in the morning which I introduce in this video so I hope you will like it.

頑張って起きる→何となく朝ごはん食べる→慌ただしく出勤→コーヒー飲むと言う生活を10年くらいしていたので(良いと思ってしていた訳ではなく何となく)、先に仕事をするって斬新だなと思いました。私も順番を変えてみようかなと思いました😉

Y si lo intentas 21 días? Luego veras y sentirás la diferencia y entenderás en carne propia porque lo hacen. Mientras que tenga uno vida nunca es tarde para mejorar, cambiar y transformarnos. Animo! No te des por vencid@!
si en algun momento quieres intentar cambiar la rutina, te recomiendo hacerlo muy de poco a poco, poniendo tu despertador 1 hora antes de lo que te despiertas ahora, e ir cambiandolo cada 3 o 5 dias, hasta que llegues a las 8am por ejemplo, y veras qu ehay tantas mas cosas que puedes hacer, incluso si es solo dar una vuelta tranquila o darte un baño, y poco a poco ir agregando cosas :) nadie tiene que despertarse sin ganas de existir

That morning looks so relaxing and amazing, yet not realistic when I have to wake up at 5:00 am workout feed dogs , prep luncg for husband get ready for work and drive to be at work at 7:30 am i feel like my mornings are in a rush all the time, I wish I could work from home and have those amazing breakfast and drink my coffee calm
@Amore_93 Why wouldn't you share this routine with your husband? If you are also working I suppose it's fair if one day you feed your animals and make breakfast and another day he do the same 🤔🤷♀️

You're a good candidate for a Murphy bed. They have some really elegant ones and it would give you an extra lounge space for a change of scenery
Murphy beds are for guests only. You cannot fold them everyday as they are not as sturdy as a regular bed.

jealous of people working from home. I bet you can be more productive (or be way less if don't take it seriously and procrastinate), because you are so relaxed, wearing no shoes, taking a break when you really feel to, mabe take a 20 min nap and feel refreshed again etc, take a shower. So many things really
