I've just discovered your videos a couple nights ago, I wish I had found you sooner! I have a sleeping disorder that requires me to take medications to keep me awake. Those medications make it hard to fall asleep, which is the point of the medications, but when I actually do need to go to sleep it makes it a little difficult.
I've fallen asleep and woke up less throughout the night thanks to you. So I thank you. I really appreciate what you do. You are so incredibly talented!
What note does each bowl represent? I have a set of bowls myself and am interested in learning how to harmonize with them, and I was curious what yours were. I have C, D, E, F, G, A, B, in ascending tone, C being the lowest note. I'l love to be able to create music like this in the future! You're very inspiring.
If youre bored you should buy a variety of percussion mallets, drum sticks or whatever they're called, and try them all out on one bowl. I might be a weirdo but it be super cool to see which percusion stick makes the smoothest resonance.

i did indeed fall asleep but i had a nightmare about a person in a huge bear costume following me around. First it was an obese man in a van following me in his car and i knew this because i’d drive and drive and drive in circles and i’d never lose him so one day i drove and he was again behind me and i drove into one of those circle roads in suburban neighborhoods so i could roll next to his car and i rolled my window down and told him “hey can you stop following me” he just looked at me and then let out a small laugh and rolled his window back up. He stopped following me, for the day. Next day he was not there following me in a car but instead a bear costume. The costume was big, almost 6’8” something or other. It was actually kind of cute it mildly looked like a rilakkuma bear costume but if off brand. This bear would just stare at me from a distance as i was getting into my car and driving off for school EVERY MORNING, and he’d be there when i got home as well. One day i had a fucking nough so i drove to my bfs house because i knew he wouldn’t fw this shit and probably kill it or soemthing. I drove to his house and him and his friend were in a car so i jumped in the car with my bf in the front seat and his friend in the middle towards the back seat. The bear wasn’t here yet but i could sense that i didn’t have lots of time. I crawled under my bfs legs where the pedals are and hovered over them while staying as far back under the dashboard as i possibly could. The bear could not see me i was finally safe. My bf originally didn’t believe me about this dumbass bear but he did believe in the fear i was experiencing and wanted to help me obv. My bf chose to go inside for a moment and he came back into the car holding a bag full of arrows and a cross bow. I had told my bf to kill it but we figured it’s most likely a human so we couldn’t just like murder them (we totally could they were bothering me). We sat in the car just chit chatting for a while and it was getting pretty painful the position i was in, so i figured changing my position by popping my head up just a little couldn’t hurt, and as i lifted my head up, in the back window..WAS THIS SCARY STUPID FUCKING BEAR. Instead of shooting it we just gas that shit. Everyone panicking and screaming about this dumb fucking pedophile bear we just book it tf out. We start driving as fast as i can and i’m so fucking scared. We’re driving and not even conscious of which is the right side to drive on it’s fucking weird. ITS LIKE EUROPE IN HERE BRO, but the cars keep switching form left to right like in the way they are coming at us. We drive for a while and can’t shake um and while turning a corner we crash. I wake up in the dark wet cold church made from dark black bricks and stones. All around me is dead bugs and these creatures telling me to eat them. Then a long staircase leading to a wedding between Meg Griffin and the Old man in family guy 😭😭. The Priest asks Meg if she’ll take the man to be her lawfully wedded husband and she responds by pulling out a blade and putting it to her arm and cutting into it “i hope you die slow you fat pig” and then dies from the deepness of the wounds. THEN THE MF SCARY DIVER DUDE FROM SPONGEBOB THE MOVIE PULL UP AND JUST STARTS STOMPING. Hes crushing mounds and mounds of bodies n shit with his boots and by this point im like whag the fuxk so i wake up and it's like 5 am. My eyes hurt like hell.
