My mom is listening to Matchbox 20, I come from 90s/2000s pop punk. But I appreciate every single person that is listening to music with instruments. Strange to say something like this because for me if youre Talking about music it implies that that there are instruments included.
But well music has died since a decade.
Thank God that youre not one of the people that are listening to Rap, äh I mean C(Rap).

@@lisaross3894 totally agree, it's said, I think the greatest deception was..........."changing the translation of the 1611." Ugh........well, the faith becomes unsteady, and unsteardy'. You know "One mind, one body, one accord.".
@@lisaross3894 THAT, WE ALL READ FROM THE SAME, SAME TRANSLATION. That a tough one for individuals to enknowledge.
what a great song writer. Even if you weren't"t into it in the 90"s early 200s, its great song writing
"and I don't know if I've ever been really loved by a hand that's touched me" hits so hard
Yup...how many look for someone to love us before we learn to love our selves.
@@walterpaton8698 I'm lucky that I'm younger and realize that not even your family or friends will love you as much as you will love yourself! I'm working on the actually loving myself part!
@@trinitylivingston1286 ....I wish you healing thoughts and prayers in your journey to your frontier. Forgive yourself for yourself. I recently turned 60. Make sure your would of, could of, should of are taken care of when you turn 60.
@@walterpaton8698 ok, I will.

"And I don't know if I've ever been really loved, by a hand that's touched me."
So f***ing true...
JayThePizzaGuy that line made this song my anthem by the time I was twelve. just slapped me in the face again ;.how much truer it stands today all these years later. hmm makes u wonder what to do with/about this thing called life. it's just another whatever.
Trish Vidler Agreed!!
Man, that line has punched me in the heart for like twenty years.
Rite!!!!!
Think if u. Cassadee

From 2:50- to the end is just legendary, I love when he gives you that build up it's like he's showcasing the Pinnacle of his talent and proving why he still to this day one of the best vocal artists in the industry. He does the same thing in push, mad season, and unwell.
Get it Back to Good.
Yessssssssss!!!!! OMG I couldn't say that better myself 🎯💯❤️
Love is a chronic disease that preys on honest, genuine people who get to brainwash each other on the same level...2 people on the same wavelength with zero chaos...❤

Rob Thomas is the definition of a true singer/songwriter.
Matchbox 20 was one of the most iconic rockbands of the 1990s.
Push is still so amazing to listen to nowadays even more than when i first heard it 20 years ago.
Absolutely spectacular song!!!!!
My daughter made me watch barbie this weekend. This has been stuck in my head ever since 😅
Absolutely LOVE this song 🌹
The older I get, the more I appreciate and relate to MB 20's lyrics
I totally agree.
They just get better with time, imo 🤩
This song is relatable for me also :(
I used to like this song also and then I read the lyrics. Did you actually read all of them? The lyrics are extremely toxic and it's exactly how narcissistic individuals behave in relationships. Only very toxic people would try to push their partner down or anyone else down because they feel bad about themselves and their own lives. That kind of behavior in any relationship is absolutely sick and toxic and is called emotional abuse. Just FYI, in case you were unaware.
Absolutely agree with you Andrea. But unfortunately it’s more common than it should be, toxic/abusive relationships- hence why so many people may be able to relate to the lyrics to some degree 😐
Yep
Amber I know somewhere out there you are listening to the same exact video remembering us. Summer 1997❤
