I'm only new as a Christian, not yet experiencing too hard troubles... But I easily became cold in God's ministry... This song reminds me of God's faithfulness to me even if I am sinner... I'm 3 years as a Christian now, and I'm 18 years old...
You are 5 years down the road from where you were the day you wrote your comment here. God is faithful, he will direct your steps every day. Just let him know that your desire is to follow him. Ask him to reveal to you his care in a way that you understand. For me, he has kept me from getting rained on now for 7+ years. I know iheis telling me that he is taking care of me.

I oftentimes forget that this world is not all there is to look forward to... Jesus is preparing a place for us and the things that I see are so temporal but the unseen is so eternal. I need to be reminded daily that all I possess in this world is not for me to keep but I need to bless others with the Blessings I have received... after all, we cannot take anything with us! This song is such a sweet and timely reminder of this truth.

A long time ago, I learned to play one song on the piano. This is the song. The Lord helped me;guided my hands and I played it & sang it a couple of weeks later, in church. This was one of the best renditions of that song I've heard. Gaither & Rambo. Two of the most beloved gospel musicians, writers & singers.

It amazes me that anyone would click 'unlike' to these beautiful songs. If you don't like the message of this song you need to do some serious soul searching. If you don't like the singing then shame on you! Could you do better? It's not about the singer but the song.

The real sorrow is not their poor taste in music, it is that their heart is so hardened to the Holy Spirit of the loving & living G_d we serve (who makes it so easy for us to choose daily,) asking for us to seek him, & find him, right in our hearts.
We, as part of His beloved family, know we are now, & have always been outnumbered, by those who don’t know what having the Lord Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of the Living God, as our Savior really means to our life worth living.
The greatest part, is when you study and begin to recognize that truth was all Jesus spoke and did. He said (what I believe is the most important connection to our future ever revealed by the spoken words,):

The whole of His words & works being so phenomenal, it presses me hard to see or know of the 9 of 10 preachers in the pulpit that were not “called by G_d to the “ministry”, declaring their supreme understanding, as most do.
One Day At a Tme, another really great Dottie Rambo song, hits so correctly the truth we all must learn in our journey with Him, to trust in Him & take our Iives, “One Day At a Time”.
