There is an error in the information for Mexico from 1840 (12,442) to 1850 (12,558) (Difference 116). In 1848 the Treaty of "Guadalupe Hidalgo" was signed, which ended the war between the United States and Mexico, so California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, Utah, etc. They stop being from Mexico and go to the United States. There were approximately 100,000 Mexicans living in those lands that are not counted in the video.

    - Mexican Population = 126 million
    - Mexican immigrants in America = 40 million
Almost a third of Mexico has moved to America in recent years. In total there are about 63 million Latinos in America. California, Texas and Florida are the most Latino states. On the other hand, the non-Hispanic white population, which is currently 58.9%, will be reduced to 44.9% by 2060 and at the end of this century for the first time in its history they will be a minority. Estimates show that America is rapidly becoming a Latin nation as the decades pass. ¡Saludos, soy latino!

Whoever take a quick view in northamerican history will notice how many of the US great infrastructure, monuments and even art works have been made (designed or literally build) by inmigrants: irish, italians, mexicans, french, germans, dutch, russians, polish, chinese, japanese, koreans, etc. Even somethings like the rock & roll or the jazz, the liberty statue or the Erie canal are the products of those who arrived to US many years ago, without even knowing the english language.

America has always been an immigrant country its still surprising that Americans are shocked by immigration lol. The reason there is a bigger population of Mexicans is due to the proximity to Mexico but also since WW2 USA has recruited Mexican workers to work in USA and it continued well into the 90s. So basically it created this immigration culture in Mexico due to US employers traveling to Mexico seeking workers and enticing them with better pay/benefits as white Americans did not want to do labor " too good for labor" lol since slavery was no longer an option for Americans lol And also American employers began hiring undocumented aka illegal immigrants attracting illegal migration which the USA government turned a BLIND EYE to and still does till this day .But yes Mexicans have been integral in boosting the American economy. Many Mexicans have native ancestry and we are related to not only the natives in Mexico but also the ones residing in USA. So we been here forever its just now there are borders plus Texas, California,New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada,Colorado and Utah were all part of Mexico (combined they are larger than the state of Alaska) then stolen from USA. Thats all folks!

Aquí también hay un hecho conocido: el estado de Massachusetts también se conoce como la Commonwealth de Massachusetts. Si bien muchos piensan que Puerto Rico es un Estado Libre Asociado, no lo es.
