It’s so funny how Howard NEEDS this heavy duty thank you from a guy who he constantly buries in the air. Constantly berates. Constantly put down and made fun of and Howard spent a whopping $300 and is looking for this humungous “thank you” !
He doesn’t need it his point was that Scott feels like he needs a thank you but when he has the opportunity to lead by example he doesn’t and doesn’t change the perception of himself leading to how he is treated

I know Scott was constantly goofed on because he was an easy target but even Scott was more entertaining than JD & Shuli. JD may be great at his actual job but I hate when Howard gives him airtime. And Shuli has never been remotely funny. Scott, at least, was funny from time to time when he would flip out and most especially on that suicide call on swap shop.

I always thought Scott was one of the few guy Howard truly didn't like. Every other it's a play for the radio, but deep down Howard disliked Scott. I think it's because of the union and Scott talking often about money and salary. Kinda digusting when you know that Howard makes millions. Probably Scott is a bore and made no efforts, but seriously how sad is howard complaining about not having a thank you note. If he said 3000 I can understand, but Howard could literally wipe his ass with 300$ every day, I don't think the same can be said for scott
The real sad thing is that things ended up pretty bad and sad for Scott, like actually sad and unfortunate
It's exaggerated. He was a horrible worker and Howard fought for him to stay as long as possible. He is now retired, happy, and healthy with some money. He was truly a black cloud and he looks great now.
